If you wish to have a professional, reliable, and competent service, do NOT waste your time and money with Tempo Air Conditioning and Heating Service.

We made a costly mistake when we used their service. My wife and I had to spend more money to fix the mess created by the INCOMPETENT service provided by Tempo. The management was extremely unprofessional, rude, and evasive. The company is run by a group of people who do not believe in professional courtesy, professional mannerism, and quality workmanship. It seemed as if Tempo sent the most incompetent service personnel to our home, mess things up, then played the blaming game.

We have made complaints with BBB but, as expected, it was also a waste of time (and energy). BBB was not helpful at all.

In short, save your money, energy, and frustration. Stay away from Tempo AC. & Heating Services.
