Blind faith that they are not going to screw you. They don't provide a quote when they diagnosis the problem. They will go to your house, fix the problem, then send you a bill. The bill could be for anything they make-up. Don't use them.

All of my plumbing needs have been last minute -- a leaky kitchen sink, a plugged up bathtub, etc. These guys have been quick to get someone out and their plumbers are really professional, don't leave a big mess for me to clean up and their reliable. Highly recommended.

I've used Guy Plumbing for both repairs as well as purchasing pluimbing fixtures for our remodeling project. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Also, the repair job was done very well by a plumber whom you could tell, loved his work. Seriously! I was impressed with Guy Plumbing and will call them first if I ever run into another plumbing problem.

These Guys have to be the darn friendliest nicest plumbers you've ever encountered. Their service is good and they are quite responsive when you call them to schedule even at the last minute.

I dont really know of a person who lives in Menlo Park and hasn't at least hear od Guy Plumbing. These people really know what they are doing and all of their employees are really nice. Its also a nice touch that after they have done their service they give you a nice pencil that says Guy Plumbing on it and their phone number and stuff. Even my church has hired these guys. They are just the best around.
