such a small restaurant. The food does taste like ma and pa type food and if you have that kind of craving this place will probably do you well. The only thing that bothers me is how small it is - makes me want to go right when it opens and no other time.

It seems to be a literal Mom & Pop restaurant. Small, but cozy, with a real shoji-screen sliding door entrance.
Their menu is mostly limited to grilled meat/veggies and noodle dishes. They don't do the American-poplular things like sushi or tempura, but their's is the only restaurant I've found that serves onigiri.
High recommended for a quite lunch by yourself or with a friend.
