I live right around the corner so I have been going there for many years. The staff could not be friendlier and the assortment of items as well as their prices makes this place a real find. If you have a large purchase or something like an expiration date got past them, they usually make up for it with a free selection. I have had the same thing happen at a big supermarket and they do not make up for it in anyway other than replacing the item.

The title of the store says it all, thrift shop. Its an interesting little bakery. Some of the items have damaged packing, which is not very appetizing when it comes to food. Donuts are great to keep around the house, I just take them out of the package and place it into some Tupperware at home. My daughter doesn't notice anything different. There prices are inexpensive, just watch for expiration dates.

Very welcoming setting, very cozy for a thrift store. Wide selection, prime location, and very friendly staff (always very important). Best of all, does not reek of that funky thrift store smell! Not sure where the money goes, and I personally support San Diego Rescue Mission above all, but still a great place.

PROS: Big, friendly, wide selection
CONS: Not sure where profits go...?

This is a great place for buying anything made with flour. The bread selection is good, and had never dissatisfied me, and they have a great assortment of sweet and salty snacks for the kids or to keep in the desk at work.

PROS: some items are damaged or not so great looking
CONS: Simple, great prices
