First: Concord Toyota runs an ad about a FREE multipoint vehicle inspection. This is misleading. This is really just a visual inspection that they do that is also know as a Courtesy Quality Vehicle Inspection. This inspection is FREE with every repair. Per their service reps. The question is why then offer a coupon? The misleading part is that these inspections are also part of their milestone services that they charge $200 -$500 for. They try to put in all the "inspection" services that just consist of looking at the part and giving it a passing or failing grade. It makes the list look like your getting a lot for your money when in reality your not getting anymore than you would normally. These coupons are a joke.

Second:
I had them fix the recalled GAS PEDAL of DOOM! that sticks causing the cars to race wildly out of control. They cut the pedal in two place and magically its fixed. The cuts were very uneven and really make the gas pedal look like something out of a crashup derby car. Either they are just really bad and executing the fix or its a really ugly way of fixing it.

I would really wait for a better solution if you have a choice.

If your car does race out of control, calmly move the gear shifter into N for Neutral and step on the breaks. Turn off the car and call a tow truck.

I hope this help you not get taken at the dealership.

I recently purchased an older used car from Concord Toyota, and from the initial phone call to the end of the deal, I was very impressed by the entire dealership!

I??d been searching EVERYWHERE for a car for my 16-year-old and had talked to LOTS of different salesmen at LOTS of different dealerships. Unlike other dealerships, the salespeople at Concord Toyota returned my calls quickly. They provided all the information I requested (instead of just trying to close the deal) and answered all of my questions. Since we live almost two hours away, one of the salesmen, Tony, even took pictures of the car and sent them to me to make sure that it was what exactly we were looking for before we drove down.

We had a very limited budget, and they gave us a GREAT deal on the car. In addition, we found that one of the power windows rolled up very slowly so they offered to replace the motor AT NO COST TO US (even though the car was really being sold ??as is?). When we had the work done, the Service Department was extremely courteous and efficient, making the repair in record time.

Everyone that I dealt with at Concord Toyota, from Nelson Bliss, the general manager, to Russ, the service consultant, treated me with honesty and integrity, both seemingly rare qualities in the auto industry.

Based on my experiences, I HIGHLY recommend Concord Toyota and will call them first for my next car.
