I lived here for a year before I moved so the good are the gym and pool/spa area. I had a 1 bedroom with decent closet space. The bad is there were ants in my bathroom and kitchen despite it being clean. There are alot of college students and young people living here so it will be noisy on the weekends and at night. Running and shouting in the halls were common occurence at 2 and 3 am. Living here was okay experience but, raising the rent basically contributed to me moving out.

the first half of the year is nice, but after that you will begin to be dissatisfied with everything.
Ant problems, parking problrms(neighbor parking on my spot), loud neighbor problems(mostly college peeps), mean staff through the phone,...
I'm moving out in January and however the staff whoever I call most of the time is so mean and rude that I just chose to email assistant manager to ask important questions such as vacancy.
The information that the rude staff told me is different than what I've been told by the manager.
Anyways I think I can get better apt with the cost that I'm spending here for what I get.

The place isn't so bad, as long as you don't try dealing with the bookkeeper or the management there! They are the most unfriendly, rude, and not understanding people we have dealt with in a while. There was a BANK error which they wern't willing to forgive, even though the manager of BofA called to explain and apologize multiple times. Then they made us submit money orders the rest of our time there, because they "can't trust us". Money is not an issue for us, and it's demeaning. What made it worse though was the horrible attitude we have gotten and BAD customer service. If you are going to pay this much to live somewhere then go somewhere else where you are treated right!

Very expensive luxury apartment in West LA/Westchester area.
Located next to the new "Bridge," this high end living offers 3 pools, 3 jacuzzi, brand new fitness center with key entry.

HORRIBLE management and customer service
