This is one of my favorite restaurants. I always leave the place full and happy. Dinner is all you can eat and lunch is one trip. Either way you get your money's worth. I love going for dinner and experimenting with the various foods

I have been going to mogo's since i was like 12. The food is excellent ! If you elect to go the all -you-can -eat route, for a very moderate price, There are various meats and vegetables that YOU pick out, and add to your bowl as you walk

My boyfriend and I both disliked this place. You can get the same (if not better) mongolian BBQ at a mall - not joking. If you go for dinner you can get a "Four course" meal for about $12. By four courses they mean salad where the lettuce is turning brown around the edges or soup broth from a can, an appetizer like a single deep fried won ton wrapper (no filling), the mongolian BBQ, and then a scoop of ice cream for dessert. The actual BBQ buffet may be appealing to some, however we found the quality to be completely lacking. If you are in the mood for this type of BBQ, go and enjoy the buffet - everything else can be left behind. The service was very proficient and nice - such a shame the food was terrible. We will not eat here again.

PROS: Pleasant staff
CONS: Terrible food, restaurant feels very dated

I have tried to locate on the East Coast somthing that resembles Mogo's as much as possible. The food is very enjoyable. I recommend it to people in California and any friend that travels to the west coast as well.

Mogo's is hidden away in the Sherman Oaks Square mall, but worth finding for its all-you-can-eat Mongolian buffet, stocked with meats and vegetables and featuring an open barbecue. The surroundings are comfortable; the service is relaxed;…
