I have used heavens best carpet cleaning in the past and i decided to try out chem-dry for change. The method of cleaning was very similar from the looks of it however my main concern was a red stain i wanted removed. They did a great job on my carpets but there was a crunchy texture to the carpets once it dried and the red stain still existed. aside from the i liked this company overall and they do good work.
one other thing was that they didnt move any furniture like they said they would. i didnt want to sound picky but i just wish they would have done that if they said they would.

They did a wonderful job getting all the stains out of my carpet. I had 48 hours to clean my old apt. before I could get my deposit back and Coastal Chem-Dry worked magic. I will use them for all future carpet cleaning.

As a landlord I am always looking for good and affordable carpet care professionals. What I love about Coastal Chem Dry is their professionalism and quality. The price is good too. Plus having the carpets dry quickly is always a plus.

I was told that when the floors were done that the service included moving furniture, cleaning, and then replacing. The carpets were done but the furniture was never moved and the service man did not clean under the couches. I checked and the carpet was dry under the couch and wet everywhere else.

Jessie was wonderful. The only problem w/ Chemdry is the price. They are more expensive.
