DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP...KEEP DRIVING CON ARTIST OWNS THE BUSINESS. 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I took my Jeep to this shop and was lied to...i picked up my car and drove home ( a couple blocks away) my jeep stopped before i arrived home..I called the shop, the owner Dimitry sent his sorry mechanic to attempt and fix my car. Somehow he made my jeep start but it stopped as he was driving away from the street i was stalled on. My jeep stopped a total of three time in 2 blocks.....i took my car right back to the shop as the mechanic kept stopping and fiddled with something to make it start. The TYRANT owner Dimitry told me he wanted $1500 dollars more in addition to the $1000 i already paid him. I asked him what he did to my car and why the problem was worst..he told me to pay him more money or get off his property. PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT...HE WILL UNDERMIND YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE....PLEASE RESEARCH DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU...THIS PLACE IS KNOWN FOR STEALING CUSTOMERS MONEY...

Pros: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!
Cons: DECEIVING, NO PROPER COMMUNICATION, SEXIST, UNETHICAL BUSINESS

BEWARE! Definitely get a second opinion! 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Culver Automotive attributed the reason my car wasn't going into overdrive, to needing a new transmission. Turns out, all I needed was a new over-drive sensor which I learned after picking the vehicle up, and it still not going into over-drive. I called Dimitri, the owner, right away and he told me to bring it back in. He replaced the sensor for free, but I was still out nearly $3,000. for the transmission and the other work unnecessarily done.

So, definitley get a second opinion... especially if you're a female!

An honest repair shop? 4 Star Rating - Very good

I took my Jeep to Dimitri @ Culver Tire automotive for a dent removal and painting. He gave me a quote that was considerably lower than some of the others I had received and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me that it would take a couple of days and provided me with a loaner free of charge. I found that the work was exceptional and the service was first rate.

Pros: Great service, Free loaner, Honest
