I am READING THESE TWO POOR REVIEWS OF MY COMPANY AND I AM THINKING IF I DID NOT KNOW US I WOULD BE RELUCTANT IN USING US, SO I WILL ANSWER THESE REVIEWS ON AT A TIME. THE FIRST ONE OF THE $390.00 OIL SERVICE, I DO NOT KNOW WHO IT IS? BUT IF THAT IS THE CASE WE HAVE LAWS IN OUR INDUSTRY AND IF WE DID SOMETHING ILLEGAL OR UNETHICAL THE BBB OR THE BUREAU WOULD SHUT US DOWN AND MORE SO WE WOULD BE IN JAIL, SO I SAY TO THIS PERSON, WHAT WAS REALLY THE PROBLEM, DID YOU TRY AND GET ONE OVER AND COULD NOT? OR ARE YOU BROKE AND CAN NOT FIX YOUR CAR AND BLAME US FOR IT?

This Dimitry guy is a total a-hole and rip-off! He charges an arm and a leg for "Diagnostics". When all was said and done it cost me $390 for an oil change. I wouldn't recommend them even EVER! I suggest staying away from this jerk-off!

this guy is a douche bag! My Volvo needed a radiator and wouldn't ya know it, he put in a Chinese part to save me money... Well, it broke and now I am not sure if my transmission is screwed up or not. My recommendation for this guy would be to call the Buero of Automotive repair and complain. Dimitri is a scam artist and the lowest form of a human I've ever met! Steer clear of Culver Automotive...

I have been going to Culver Automotive since 2002, first with an old Honda Passport and now with a Subaru Outback. Dmitri has always taken good care of my cars and understands that I have a limited budget. He usually offers options, such as "you can do A and B now, and wait to do C." He has provided a loaner car at no cost, and has my car ready when promised. He's responsive by phone and does not talk down to me like other mechanics have in the past. If you want your car fixed for free, like some other commentaries seem to, go to Auto Zone and figure out how to do it yourself. If you want it fixed by a dependable mechanic, then go to Dmitri.
Pros: listens, works with my budget
Cons: a little pricey

An honest repair shop?

I took my Jeep to Dimitri @ Culver Tire automotive for a dent removal and painting. He gave me a quote that was considerably lower than some of the others I had received and explained exactly what they would be doing. He told me that it would take a couple of days and provided me with a loaner free of charge. I found that the work was exceptional and the service was first rate.
Pros: Great service, Free loaner, Honest
