Friendly, no hassle service. They changed my oil, air filter, topped off fluids, and replaced the spark plugs. They treated me fairly and gave a fair price up front on everything. I would recommend them.
They are so friendly and professional, It was worth every penny! I am definitely coming back to this shop if ever I have any other things I need done to my car. These days it is so hard to find a good genuine auto shop and these guys are it.

I had my car vandalized not very long ago (I think it was an ex). I had to get the dents in the door fixed on both the driver and passenger side. Thanks to Culver Automotive for fixing my little problem. It looks awesome guys.

This is the worst mechanic experience of my life. I got ripped off. Did work that was not needed and the work they did do made my car worse than when I brought it to themI went 5 TIMES to fix the problem THEY caused and they never fixed it. The owner is abrasive and a con artist. I am in a legal battle to get my money back. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!

Took my car in for service at Culver Automotive for the first time and have nothing but good things to say about Dimitry Kamar and the level of work provided. They did a Service A on my C230K and replaced brakes, rotors, sensors. Dimitry phoned me multiple times during the day with updates and dropped me off / picked me up at work. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly - then I got a thank you note in the mail. The guys more than took care of me and I will be using them for all my service in the future.
It really feels good to know that when there is a problem with my cars, I can trust Culver Automotive. I am totally satisfied with the work. Thanks for caring about my time and having them ready in a timely manner. You are sure to receive great customer service from the expert.

Do not go to this place unless you like to be ripped off. I took my car to this place and the owner insisted I needed a lot of additional things to make my car better. After his 4th email he jacked the price to triple where he started. The car came back worse than when I brought it in. Went back 5 times to see if he could resolve the problem he created on my car and he couldn't figure it out. He refused to refund any money he gouged me for. After taking car to another mechanic to properly fix his problem, the new mechanic explained that the majority of work that Culver Auto did was not needed and furthermore priced at about triple the going rate. I am needing to go to court to resolve this. The owner is a complete jerk on top of it all.

So I simply took my car in for a smog check and failed miserably. There was something really wrong with my 2005 Mercedes and I had no idea until I was hooked up to the smog machine and given my results (I was in a gross pollution category).
Dimitry Kamar was very helpful in my time of need, he volunteered to check out the car to find out the problem (they even put me in a loner car free of charge). I was called back early the next morning and told to take my car to a Mercedes dealership because I was covered under a warranty that I had no idea about. They were so correct, there was a recall on a part on my car and it cost me $0 to have the Mercedes dealership in Beverly Hills make $3,000 worth of repairs. I don't know what I would have done without Culver Tire and Automotive being honest, they went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!! I will be back! JC

I had my car at the dealer for regular service, they informed i needed schocks, could not believe thier prices, i know i am driving a German car but those prices were extreme. Talked to a friend, called you you gave me a great fair price, free loaner, washed my car, life is good thanks.
