One good entre three bad ones from dirty indifferent restaurant

It looks as if this place was nice at one time. Not any more. For four guests, the appetiser plate came in sets of three. Three this, three that, no attention paid to the fact there were FOUR guests. Out of four entres, one was good, one was so - so and two were tasteless and dry. And this happened after asking the Chef! The waiter was indifferent, the music was the same song over and over until we told them and the bathrooms were filthy. And how can anyone f%&#-up bread pudding? It was awful.

We went there with a group of friends.Nice atmosphere, good food, but they come in very small portions.We had to order everything twice! But it was good. I love the falafals and Italian soda there.

tasted like they were marinated in salad dressing, both my wife and i felt sick the next day. The waiter was real nice, when he was around. Took forever and a day to get served. The hostest is 'curt'.

This is a great little restaurant. They have a small bar but they serve great drinks. Great Martinis! The food is really good. It is a nice place to go on the Peninsula and in a great location - downtown!

Hip interior, mediocre food

Great ambiance both inside and outside. On cold nights the staff bring blankets for outdoor diners. However, the food is mediocre and doesn't warrant special attention.

Modern interior restaurant

This is a few restaurant with modern interior in South Bay. I went for lunch and the food was decent. Not expensive. It is a little bit noisy but I will visit again sometime in the future.

Outdoor/Indoor fun for all

Whether you opt for an outside table or an inside one, you know that you will have a great time at Zucca. I highly recommend outside seating if you have children as they are less likely to be bored with all the ongoings of bustling Castro Street. The food here is good even though a little pricey for frequent dining out. If you want a romantic spot for you, this can also fulfill your requirements both inside and out. A very versatile place offering good food.

New dishes every few weeks. Great food and bar. Inventive and reasonable $. Eat al fresco on hot summer nights. You'll like the attention to detail. Enjoy!
