My breeder recommended me about this hospital. So far my dog and I really enoyed their service and care. We have been going there for two years and my dog ran to the front door of the hospital every single time. I highly recommend its service.

I couldn't say enough good things about All Creatures!

My family and I have been taking our family pets to All Creatures for years, but my husband and I recently got a dog of our own and I was able to witness how great they are on a one on one level.

The staff is really friendly and genuinely care about the animals that come into the hospital. They even have pictures of their own pets and pets they've helped on a slideshow in the waiting area. The waiting area also has refreshments and plenty of waiting space.

The veterinarians and vet techs are really gentle with our dog, and they remember him when we bring him in each time, which is great because I feel like they really want to get to know him. The rooms are also exceptionally clean and tidy every time we have to come by.

A couple of days after each visit, someone from All Creatures calls to check up and see how our dog is doing. They want to make sure that he's getting better, not just give him some meds and send him out like some other animal hospitals do.

A couple of years ago my mom had to have her cat put down because he was really really sick and wasn't going to get any better, so we took him to All Creatures. We were both devastated by the loss of our cat, but the staff handled it with such sensitivity. They told us not to worry about paying the fee, that they'd bill us later, which was really thoughtful because it sucks to have to say goodbye to your friend and then have to pay the euthanasia bill 5 minutes afterwards.

I'll always remember how caring they were and I don't think we'll ever go somewhere else!

I have never felt as comfortable in a veterinarian's office as I did here. The staff is so friendly, professional, efficient, and helpful. I appreciated the time they took to explain what was happening with my dog and answer my questions. They even gave me a detailed quote so I would know what to expect to pay for his procedure. I also enjoyed the cozy touch of the ""owners couch"" in the examination room. \r
\r
I highly recommend this animal hospital because they greatly exceeded my expectations. I truly feel secure with having Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff treat my dog.\r

I have had many terribable experiences at other animal hospitals. They were all the same... they always seemed to care more about the money than the animal and pet parent. And then I found All Creatures Animal Hospital. Oh what a blessing! Dr. Garlinghouse is very knowledgable, compassionate, caring and honest and the entire staff is absolutely incredible. I have been bringing my pet rats to Dr. Garlinghouse for the past 6 months and always leave very satisfied that my pets and I recieved the very best care, medication(s) and information. Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff are truely incredible.

This facility is always wonderful when I go. It is very clean and always seems to be up to date with their equipment. Dr. G is a very caring and understanding doctor who seems to understand the importance of pets and their impact it has on the families they belong to.

Great doctor. Very understanding and always willing to help no matter the situation. The office is very clean and always up to date with their equipment. Both the doctor and the staff understand the importance of a pet to their family and treat each patient with respect.

I took my Golden Retriever, Buddy, to All Creatures Animal Hospital because he had a limp in his hind leg. Dr. Garlinghouse took the time to examine him thoroughly and quickly determined he had a torn ACL in that leg. She gave me all the options and associated costs and we decided to do the surgery. Buddy had the best care I could have hoped for. The surgery went perfectly and Buddy had wonderful post-surgery care. His leg has healed so well that I can't even find the scar! I drove 75 miles to get there and I would do it again in a heartbeat if my dog or cats need a vet.

Third time really is a charm! I have been to 2 other vet hospitals over the last 6 years with my baby Bella. All Creatures Animal Hospital is my third and final. Finding a place to take care of your children (i like to say children because to me, they are as important) is like finding a spouse. It has to be a perfect match. After finally finding Dr. Garlinghouse and her staff I can trust people to take care of my Bella. I believe customer service is #1 to keeping patients, and this staff has been so caring and compassionate. I do not feel anxiety leaving Bella there because they seem to care for her as much as if she was theirs. Dr. Garlinghouse is very honest and does not push you to do unnessary things like other big branch hospitals do. I was also pleasantly surprised in the cost of treatment (Bella had knee surgery). It is very well priced-and when you get the bill there isn't the ""and the blood work is another 100, and the medications are another 75..."" Its all in one, and was even a bit less than I was originally quoted. I am an over the top, spoil my dog kind of person-she never is alone for more than 3 hours without someone, i hand my dog her kibble 3 at a time, she gets toted around in a pet stroller and stays with her Papa from 9-5 while I work. So take my advise if you love your babies as much as I love mia Bella...

Have seen both vets and both were very professional. Cannot say the same for the office staff. They were condescending and uncaring because I asked if I could have a discount for 8 cats. Apparently thought I was a "breeder" and office manager actually turned up her nose in a snotty manner when she answered me. In my business, we do give a discount for multiple orders so I had no idea this was a no-no. She should be fired for being so snotty to a customer who will never go back. They lost a lot of business because of her.

My daughter and I took our female rabbit Jessica who was very sick to see Dr. Garlinghouse. We told her how she was feeling; she was not eating, was peeing out blood and sitting in the corner of her cage not moving. All of these things concerned me because a bunny should not be doing this. Dr. Garlinghouse diagnosed are rabbit as having uterine cancer and she needed to be spayed immediately. \r
\r
The next day we had her spayed. After her surgery she got her appetite back and started eating very well. She no longer was peeing out blood and her activity level increased dramatically. We feel like we got a second chance with are bunny. Thank you Dr. Garlinghouse for making it possible for us to enjoy having Jessica be able to still be a part of our family.\r

Pros: Dr. Garlinghouse is the BEST

.

This is a great place, I wish Id gone here in the first place. My dog had been limping on and off for awhile and I took him to another vet hospital. They hardly looked at him before charging me a couple hundred dollars for x-rays and said he needed a surgery costing almost $5000! Then implied that I must not love my dog very much if I practically didnt fork it over then and there. I asked the vet about if there was anything else I could do or payment plans (hey, I don't have the price of a small car in my back pocket) and the assistant rolled her eyes like I was wasting their valuable time or something. A friend recommended All Creatures and especially Dr. Garlinhouse and Im so glad I went. She spent a really long time examining my dog, said she didnt need to take more x-rays right then and was really nice and gentle with him and then explained exactly what was going on and how it probably happened and the different ways we could fix it. I really liked she didnt pressure me to make any decision right then and there, she just showed me all the options and all the pros and cons, including going to a specialist. She said the really expensive surgery the other place said he needed would work but we could probably fix him up just fine with a slightly different surgery that cost about half as much and would even cause him less pain than the other one. Plus she explained everything about how they do surgery and putting my dog under anesthesia because I was really worried about that. She took me in back and showed me all the equipment they use during surgery (wow) and what everything does and said that basically anesthesia is like driving on the freeway. If you shut your eyes and just go bombing on down the road youll be sorry but if you watch where your going and get out of the way of all those oncoming trucks your probably going to be okay 99% of the time. That made sense to me. The other place basically patted me on the head and said dont worry about it like I was being stupid to even bother them with it. Hey, its MY dog! I talked it over with my husband and we decided to have Dr. Garlinhouse do the surgery. I like that she could have recommended the really expensive operation but she recommended the one that she thought was best for ME and MY DOG not just her money making! Everything went really great. My aunts dog had an operation like this on her knee in Texas and she said her dog was throwing up and crying in pain for a week afterwards. My dog came home really happy (okay, pretty stoned) and was starting to walk on the leg a little bit within just a few days. That was two months ago and now hes running around like a puppy again. I thought what they charged me was really fair especially what they could have charged me for the really expensive surgery and also for everything my dog got here that they wouldnt have done at the other place. Plus what they said they were going to charge me was what they actually DID charge me, I didnt get a bait and switch runaround and an extra couple hundred dollars that they decided to tack on. My husband looked at our bill afterwards and showed me where they had done extra stuff like some x-rays and extra pain medicine and didnt even charge me for them. They seem really honest and experienced and act like they care about my dog more than they do just making all the money they can. This is a great place.

I adopted a cat from the shelter and within a day of getting her home I knew she has some health problems. I was pretty gun shy about going to the vet, its usually an unpleasant, emotional and expensive experience. I found All Creatures from the reviews on this site and I'm glad I did. \r
\r
The Vet approached it as a pet owner and not a money making business. She doesnt automatically order tests and blood work etc. She listened to my concerns, believed what I told her and layed out a plan (step by step) for what we will try and if that doesnt work what we will do next. I always feel well informed and like I'm part of this process. I call the office every day to give status updates (at their request). \r
\r
I find their costs fair and reasonable. The vet spends more time with each animal than I've ever seen a vet do before. The staff is great and they always try to make the animal comfortable. I'm very happy with their skill and their methods.

Okay, so I've had nightmare experiences already with the corporate vet hospitals and with the dirty, grubby place in the nasty neighborhood. I LOVE this place! I was pleasantly greeted and was shown into the exam room within a few minutes. The assistant spent some time finding out the problems I was having with my dog, answered some non-vet questions and lo and behold, the doctor came in on time and spent a ton of time with me and my dog. What a change from the three minute in and out I got from the Big Business Place. I saw Dr. Garlinghouse and she did a really thorough examination, answered all my questions and really explained what was happening and WHY. Extremely knowledgeable and informed, very good with my scaredy-cat dog (she got onto the floor with him instead of hoisting him up onto the table and just pet him and talked to him without poking him with things right off the bat). I was very worried about putting my dog under anesthesia and she took me in back and showed me the surgery room and all the monitoring equipment they used---and the place was CLEAN! The last place I went got twitchy when I just asked to use their bathroom. My dog needed an infected tooth taken out and she did it the next day and it went great. Someone called me telling me Bo was doing fine as soon as he was awake and when he could go home and when I picked him up they had someone to answer all my questions. Not just "here's your bill, now get out". I was very, very happy with my experience here and will definitely be back soon.

My Ex used to work here so Got 2 of my dogs shots done here. Staff was nice. Very expensive, but worth the quality. Vet is very experienced!! I recommend them to anyone who has the money to get surgeries and care needed for their dog. Very small place though so make an appointment

Have taken my pets there for over 20 years and thought the world of Dr. Batt. Now she is retired and the new vet seems to be a good replacement. Time will tell. Sure do miss Dr. Batt and her wonderful attention to the pets. She was the best.

Pros: Keeps appointments on time. Works good with dogs

Cons: New doctor has taken over and is too new to tell.

My wife and I have used All Creatures for the year and a half that we've had our two cats, and we've been happy with the job that they've done for them. They're thorough and caring with the cats, both in person and also over the phone when we've had questions for them. Reasonable rates too!

Pros: Quality, availability, staff

Cons: Reminder card system doesn't work too well for them
