Seriously, the best stylist there, and I mean stylist... she has some talent and is speedy. The location is right off the I-15 at Carmel Mountain Road.

I have been there a couple of times and everytime I go, the stylist does not listen to me and just does what she wants. The last time, I tried to pay with a coupon (which I had told her that I had from the beginning) and the girl said, sorry save it for next time, I already started ringing up the sale...WHAT??
