We are very happy working with them. My daughter started to visit Dr Lee in 2008 in Palo Alto and early this year we moved to Pleasanton so we changed to visit Dr Lee's office in Milpitas. Although we need to drive 45+ minutes in regular office hours from Pleasanton to Milpitas/Palo Alto, we think it deserves the time/trouble. Dr Lee is so nice and very prefessional. Her partner Dr Woo is great too. The staff in both offices is extremely helpful. I am especially thankful to Lilly in PA office for her great help in providing account information and processing billing/insurance/flexible account issues which I have bothered her probably more than 10 times in a single year since my insurance/FSA reinbursements turned out to be a horrible process. Every time Lilly was so patient to listen to my request and carefully prepared the documents that I requested. It sure helps to have a personable one, and Dr. Wu and his partner, Kathy Lee, are very friendly.</p> <p>Not only that, they are very competent and knowledgable about the latest orthodontic techniques. My two children have been seeing them ever since they bought the practice from our initial orthodontist. My younger had a severe overbite, and Dr. Wu is currently using a newer type of appliance which allowed him to avoid wearing an embarrassing headgear. It's nice to have a younger doctor who knows the most recent technology. He is not jaded or tired of working with young ones, and that is refreshing.</p> <p>Drs. Lee and Wu also have a great receptionist, Lily, who makes your visit more pleasant. They are conveniently located in midtown Palo Alto.
