Reviews for Gold's Gym
Gold's Gym focuses most of it's energy on weight training than anything else. The other gyms focus a lot on aerobic machines as well as weight training. I guess the fact that famous people like Arnold Schwartzenegger give Gold's its claim to fame that they want to uphold. The gym has a pretty snazzy vibe, there are tons of beautiful and muscle bound people strutting around. I would say more so than 24 hour fitness or even Club Sport.
