I have got to say the Ops Supervisor at this branch "Brittney Nguyen" is the best employee that WAMU has. I had to do some transactions at this branch within the last year, and been very pleased with there service everytime.

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER IN THIS BANK AS I PREFER MORE CHEQUES FOR MY OFFICE.I RATHER DO MORE THROUGHT CHEQUES ONLY.FOR THIS I NEED THE CHEQUE BOOKS FOR EVERY 2 MONTHS I REQUIRED NEW CHEQUE BOOKS .SO THEY PROVIDE ME WITH MORE CHEQUE BOOKS WHEN COMPARE TO OTHER CUSTOMER.AS I AM FAMILIAR THE STAFF ALSO KNOW ME VERY WELL.I HAVE SOME FINANCIAL CRISIS A FEW MONTHS AGO IN THAT TIME ALSO THEY PROVIDED MONEY WITH A MINIMUM DISCOUNT RATE.

PROS: EXCELLENT SERVICES
CONS: NOTHING

This bank is different. They offer more personal service and it is so high tech. They tellers are at indivdual stands and they call you over and spend enough time talking to you.

When I moved to California 2 years ago I needed a new bank for a checking account. I looked into Bank of America and was horrified that they charged customers to do business there. So I looked into WAMU. I've never regretted it. The checking is free, nomin balance needed, and the best part - there's a WAMU bank around just about every corner in Orange County. Which is great because I don't have to drive far to make a deposit or have a withdrawl from my acct.
Since, Bank of America has started offering free checking. But I'll tell ya, BofA's customer service has never lived up to WAMU's, so I wouldn't consider switching - EVEN if BofA paid me!
