Saddleback Automotive

I recently took my car in for a major service which required removing the transmission and transfer case and these guys were over $1100 under what the dealer quoted to do the same service and $500 less than the shop I have used in the past. They performed the work the same day I dropped the car off and there were NO surprises on the bill.

I am VERY happy with this shop and they did a great job. I highly recommend this facility.

Good shop. was referred by the tow truck guy. in the end, came out to be a good shop.

all in all, prices were decent, service was good, and they just want your business...

I took my car in to saddle back automotive and boy oh boy their was the nicest cutest guy working there-He had great customer service,he drove me back home and picked me up when my car was done-He greeted me with a smile,drove safely to take me home,and gave me a killer deal on my alignment and tires. His name was Adam when you go to saddelback ask for him. He was so honest and he really cared about my car.

I feel 100% confident that Andrew and his staff will never sell me an unnecessary repair. They've always treated me like family, gotten my car in on a moment's notice and gone beyond the expected to help. I've referred many friends and family members and even business associates to Saddleback Automotive and they've all had the same rave reviews.

Andrew runs an honest operation...helped me a few times...and my sister over the last 17 years and he only recommends additional work/parts to prevent breakdowns. Very fair on pricing and they all interact with their customers with true respect. How refreshing these days!

I went in for a Smog Test. The worker, who was caked in oil, went out and looked at my car for 2 secs then returned and told me that my car wouldn't pass because it smells like oil...? He wanted to charge me $75/hr to run a diagnostic test on my car. This is the biggest scam. You go to complete a smog test and they want to overhaul your engine. I did not feel like this Smog center was very honest. I would not recommed this smog center to anyone.
