Every time you call you are put on hold for 5-10 minutes. It took 3 phone calls to get them to get the work order (color, start time, estimate) straight. The workmen were an hour and a half late. I'm sure there are other companies who do the same job but offer better service. Call them, not Pacific Reglazing.

That was a busy summer

We did have a very busy summer season in 2005 and were a little short handed in the office. There are now more staff available to handle your calls. Most of our competitors use answering machines and cell phones to handle customer calls. We have a fully staffed office available to take your calls during business hours, and live operators to take messages outside normal business hours.
