This company is an embarassment. We had our bathtub, kitchen sink and kitchen counters reglazed by these clowns and the work was substandard. The technician came an hour late, played loud rap music while he worked, and failed to protect the tub from drips from the shower head. When we needed the tub repaired, the technician arrived TWO hours late. He fixed the tub, but only two months later the sink and counter tops blistered and needed repair. Another day off from work and the technician never showed up. These guys simply don't care.

I had my bathtub and kitchen sink refinished last week in Glendale. The technician came out as scheduled and was very fast and courteous. The tub and sink both look brand new! It's really hard to tell they were refinished. I have delt with them before and they do get busy sometimes but it was always worth the wait. Very trustworthy.

PROS: Professional and trustworthy
CONS: Sometimes busy

Every time you call you are put on hold for 5-10 minutes. It took 3 phone calls to get them to get the work order (color, start time, estimate) straight. The workmen were an hour and a half late. I'm sure there are other companies who do the same job but offer better service. Call them, not Pacific Reglazing.
