I always try to support the local shops in town, but will NEVER shop at Kreations again. Last week, when I went in to look for a top, I was stalked around the store by the owner - literally following me. Then I was asked. "Why are you just looking at everything?" "You should just try it on!" Talk about PUSHY and RUDE. FYI there are much nicer shops on the same block that will not hunt you like an animal while you are in their store.

I always enjoy shopping at Kreations. I think the owner goes above and beyond for her customers. The store is not overpriced, the jean selection is always excellent, and I leave there knowing that what I bought will look great. If you have not already checked out Kreations take the time and you will agree.

Amazing how some of these reviews are very low or they're really high? Well, I just found out through a past employee that the owner writes most of her own reviews (except for the bad ones of course:)
My opinion is pretty much like all the other bad reviews below! Over priced, pushy sales people, the owner might be the Anti-Christ? One time there was a huge fat old creepy man trying to help me? What up with that? Weird!
I too was going to buy a pair of pants a couple of weeks back. I knew they were over priced but I had to have them! But I walked out last minute because of how rude the sales girls and owners are!
My advise is to burn your money before you shop there! They are mean horrible people! For the sake of their business, I hope they change their attitude toward their customers. I do not see how they are making it now? If I could give less than one star I would!

When I go up to Visit Chico I ALWAYS go into Kreations! I just love it their and the atmosphere to wonderful. Right as you walk in some will ask you if you need any help, and once you have found what you are looking for and try it on. Another lady working there will always comment on how cute/pretty you look, and will also help find something else that will suit you! (: I have always made going into Kreations a rituals while I am up there and have never doubted that their service will ever be none the less better than the previous year! You should try going in there... you might surprise yourself!

I went into Kreations looking for a dress for my friends wedding. I was greeted upon entering the store and after looking around for a few minutes one of the sales girls asked what I was looking for. I'm a picky person I need a dress that was dressy but not looking like I was going to prom. It also couldn't be black, white or yellow. She helped me find the perfect dress for a reasonable price. The second sales lady was totally nice and interested in my selections. To some it may seem abrasive, but these girls just love clothes. I also found another more casual dress that I'm in love with. The prices reflect what a business that doesn't order in bulk should be charging.

I never shop Kreations because many of my friends have had really bad experiences with their service. I made the mistake of going in the other day because there was a girl handing out 20% off coupons in front of the store. I tried on a few pairs of jeans and decided on a pair of $200 Hudsons. When I went to the counter to make my purchase, the owner informed me that the coupon was good for everything in the store except the exact pair of jeans I wanted to buy. What a lovely lady she islet me tell you. I walked out right then and therechecked for the same exact jeans on ebay and bought them for $100 less and free shipping!!! I really like to support local business but not people who try and charge 15-20% above suggested retail prices and practice false advertisement. Good customer service goes a long way and I would have been willing to pay a little bit more, but this was not the case at Kreations.

This store is a joke. Like everyone else in Chico, I agree that the owner is a terrible person. She stalks you around the store until you buy something, then calls you every week to tell you you should come back and buy more. I should have never given her my phone number when she asked for it! I will definitely never go back in there and will be shopping online or in Sacramento for my jeans.

The owner has to be smiling with glee that someone would pay for their overpriced clothing when For Elyse and Lulu's are so close by and charge far less than they do, and don't follow you around like a dog in heat waiting for you to purchase something. I've gotten better treatment at Nordstroms in Sac than this small town store with a big town attitude. Granted my 500 budget isn't probably the level they were hoping for unless I wanted a pair of jeans and a couple of shirts but has anyone heard of BEING NICE? I was dressed down as it was my day off and I was treated like I just wandered in out of the park to shop. Needless to say, I went to Lulu's and got a shirt, and hit up For Elyse and got a couple of dresses, some boots, 4 shirts, and some jeans and still managed to take myself and my bf out for dinner and then La Salles for some drinks.

This place is a waste of time and money.

I absolutely love this store. I happened upon it a few years ago while in Chico visiting my in-laws. It was a great experience. I receive the best customer service and they pick out things that are my style. The have a variety of prices in the store which makes it nice. I get excited every time we make plans to head to Chico because I know I will be heading downtown to Kreations!

Seriously to all of you Chico girls, this store is the defintition of "Inflation." The owner over prices all of her merchandise. Seriously you're so much better off going to Sac or SF for your denim needs. Better yet, do like me, and go into Kreations to try the jeans on. THen order them on line through the actual company. About $20 to $50 bucks cheaper, even with shipping. Plus you dont have to deal with the snooty attitudes of the sales girls, who act like your obligated to purchase something.

p.s. Lulu's is right next door! Way friendlier sales girls!
