This is just the place you want to hit while camping or on a road trip. The Sunday "Brunch" was a little odd (pork sandwich bar?), but the menu itself is great all around! And... DINOSAURS IN THE BACK!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! We go there 2 x's a year after a long weekend of camping, and the food is great the waitresses are so fun and friendly. The menu is full of great "comfort food" and prices are just right!

This is a great place to stop for old-time candy but I wouldn't recommend eating in the diner. We stopped in on our way to Vegas and ordered coffee with our meal. The cream we got with our coffee was sour and clotted. The restaurant seemed dirty and both the service and food was horrible. I appreciate the idea and history behind this place. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience here.

I love 50s diners - they are an absolute favourite of ours and we regularly keep an eye out for them. So this one with many advertisements along the 10 freeway caught our attention, and we turned up for a shake to check the place out. It is decorated nicely, but it was as busy as a bus station; hence, the waiting staff were completely disorganised and sort of forgot about us! You seat yourself, so I can see how this could happen; however, I did see the waitress attend to the table next to us, to promptly pocket her tip! Our table was dirty for ages, and there was a table of 5 gentlemen behind us that constantly attempted to flag down the waitress to get coffees! We did have a sweet waitress though, when we finally got her; I can't complain at all about her attitude. She brought the shakes fairly quickly, but they were very ordinary; Ruby's gives a much better selection of shakes, and they're much bigger. Funny this diner lacks this, as I thought milkshakes were a specialty of 50s diners.... The decor was funny and very cool, especially the "Wizard of Oz" displays on the wall! But overall, it wasn't memorable. Nice for a coffee, but if it's a busy time, be prepared to wait a while.

Pros: Lovely ambience - the 50s memorabilia was very cool

Cons: Was like a bus station - couldn't get service or a table cleaned for about 15 minutes! Food average quality - not memorable.

This is a great stop for food on the way to Las Vegas or on the way back. Lots of memorabilia with Elvis and Marilyn on the walls. Staff is great and the food is too. Great club sandwiches.

The tables are wiped clean and ready for patrons and food is good but don't leave personal belongings on the table when you leave! I left a red digital camera on the table with patrons at only one other table when we left the restaurant to shop in the ir terrific 50s Gift Shop.

I've called repeatedly to see if they found my camera, left my phone number and stated there is reward for the camera with photos of my son's final basketball tournament and all of our families week long vacation in Las Vegas. The service staff is so efficient at cleaning the tables for the next patron they had to have taken the camera.

Pros: Good food

Cons: Service staff takes and keeps patrons possessions left behind
