Amarin Thai Restaurant

The three flavored fish is really amazing here. It has a combination of flavors that is well worth the price! They serve really good thai food and their prices are similar to other Thai restaurants. The only downside is that the restaurant is small, so it is not ideal for larger groups and parking can sometimes be hard because it is in hillcrest. They by far blow out the competition in Thai food though.

Being a big fan of peanut sauce & Thai dishes, I've been to quite a few Thai restaurants in San Diego including others in Hillcrest & Downtown, & La Jolla, & have to say this one is probably the best one in San Diego. It's a bit like a secret as it's off the main strip & you might not know it's even there, but the food is the best & the prices are inexpensive.

It's near the intersection w/ the McDonald's & The Alibi on University in Hillcrest.

My friend took me here for dinner for my birthday. Yummy, yummy thai food and very friendly staff. I can't wait to go back. Parking is easy, given it's on a side street in the busy Hillcrest neighborhood.

This resturaunt met and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent and the food was amazing! The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very traditional. If you have room for dessert, the mango and sticky rice is delicious!
