Very un professional on the phone. Actually yelled at me. I had only ever been in there once before and didn't have a problem. Turned out he was wrong like I thought. Ended up getting great and knowledgeable customer service from the internet. Would much rather have done business locally.

First thing, I asked my local dealer Jay Sooter's Spas & Saunas, "Where's the Installation Instructions?". He said, "In box #4" I looked & there were 6 box #4's on the 2 pallets of pool parts. . Found Users Guide. Early in the process called Splash. Customer service which was closed. (closes 3:30 pm California time). Called Jay Sooter, who was unable to answer my questions or help. Called Splash again next day, woman offered to try to get an answer to my question, never called back. I called the next day, & she had an answer, it was obvious that she had never assembled one of their pools.. Struggled to put up pool, many, questions, frustration, mistakes. Near end of ordeal... found Instruction/Installation DVD in the bottom of skimmer box looking like a skimmer part. DVD made everything clear. Question: Why didn't Jay Sooter mention the DVD when I asked about assembly instructions? Question" Why wasn't the Installation DVD in the plastic bag with the Instruction Guide? Question? Why didn't Splash customer service first ask: "Have you watched the Installation DVD?". When I talked to customer service again at Splash, (after another unreturned call) she indicated that she did not know that there was an Installation DVD! All in All, very poor customer service for a $10,000. product.
