Gold's Gym

When i first went to Gold's in Huntington Beach they greeted me with open arms and were very helpful. I felt that this was the gym that i could come to every morning for a rigorous work out. The other patrons were friendly and the atmosphere was encouraging with a lot of sweet people, wow this was the gym for me and just up the street from where I live, Perfect...but then things changed when i decided that i did not wish to buy into a personal trainer which I really did not need as I already know the rigger's of working out. The open arms that once greeted me now turned their backs on me which made me so uncomfortable i had to find another gym although further away same daily rate and no pressure to sign a personal trainer I'm treated with the same respect as all other patrons.

They offer a wide range of workout equipment and they have a good selection of classes too. Childcare is available and they are part of a large network also for travelers. Clean and friendly.

Spot less, clean gym. Equipment wiped down, bathrooms clean.One hour body pump class is excellent. Works tri-cips,bi-cips,legs,squats,shoulders,chest,abs,back. Spinning class awesome.
