East Lawn Florist

Through FTD online, I ordered an arrangement for a funeral service. I called the funeral home, Klumpps (Marlene Oehler, Vice President there was fabulous) to ask about the flowers. She was quite honest in describing them, and I quickly ascertained that I did not get much for the total of $85.00 I spent. She gave me the name and number of East Lawn Florist, which had filled the FTD order. When I called, I spoke with Jim (fantastic person) and he kindly explained that I got exactly what I ordered, and took me through the basic intricacies of ordering online. Not always the best way to go! He said, "We guarantee your satisfaction," and then volunteered to take another arrangement over within a short time, before the service. Marlene from Klumpps Funeral Home emailed me to describe how beautiful they were. To have that kind of positive response and caring action really made me want to find a way to write a glowing review of East Lawn Florist in Sacramento.

I received this arrangement from a friend in Germany. It was called the Big Hugs Bouquet it consisted of a light blue vase with a small brown bear hugging the vase as he was sitting and his legs we extended out. The flowers that came with the Bear Hug were some purple flowers and that is all. Several of the flowers appear to have been cut and the other part put in the vase. There wasn't even any greenery, or color like the small white flowers that are usually have gone into arrangements. This looked like someone grab the flowers, cut them in half and stuck in the vase with water and out the door. I took pictures of the arrangement but don't know how to get them to someone to see. they are on my computer. I would not recommend this florist to anyone. I have not spoken to my Friend yet but will not tell him how the Flowers look. I am sure he paid alot of money and want him not to know that it was terrible. Respectfully Jess Adamsjess@saber.net.

Even though this place has the same name as the cemetary, this place is NOT just for people to buy flowers to place on the graves. Anyone for any reason can buy flowers here. This is one of the florists that I have done alot of business with because they are very friendly. They also always ask what occasion the flowers will be for and tell you if they would be good for that specific need.

When I do visit the East Lawn Cemetery I always stop by the East Lawn Florist to pick up flowers. As always the location has a large supply of beautiful flowers at reasonable prices. Also they have a wonderful caring staff that are always willing to help the customer in there purchase. So I really do reccomend this location for anyone that needs flowers for any occasion.
