I would never deal with this company again. I had a horrible experience with this business.

This company did not perform the work as contracted. Do not use them. I hired them to repave my driveway and the job site was messy and the driveway had to be redone.

I hired Apodaca Brothers Concrete Company September 2007 to install two French drains and to repave my driveway. Amongst the many gross errors this company committed, they never got the slope of my driveway correct, even after pouring the concrete twice! They left chunks of concrete on the grass, smears of concrete on the garage door and other exterior parts of the house, used substandard material for one drainage pipe, and lied to me about having had the city inspector, E.J. Johnson, inspect the concrete forms before pouring. Mr. Johnson found their work so sub-par and sloppy, he initially refused to sign off on my permit. At Mr. Johnson's insistence, this company returned to add weather stripping along the bottom of the garage door to help prevent water leaking in, and made promises to return to clean up the concrete mess and to add a speed bump on the driveway, but they never fulfilled them, even after repeated phone calls. This company also kept changing prices of various works and at the last minute gouged me for another $100, and insisted that I pay in full upon completion of work, instead of the usual holding back of 10%. I believe this company used to do very good work, as many of Alameda's sidewalks have their company's stamp, but their work and work ethics currently are shoddy, to say the least.
