The Penzoil Oil Change center at the 51st Street exit off of 24 in Berkeley is my favorite place to get my oil changed. They have good service, although they will try and upsell you something you may or may not need...use your judgement. The staff is friendly and effecient and the best thing is that they share the parking lot with a drive-through coffee stand. Also, be sure and get a discount card to get your tenth oil change free.

Be very careful here. I ended up with synthetic oil at almost double the charge. The staff member who checked me in verified that I didn't want it, but they still stuck me with their mistake. I have to wonder how many other people have this happen here.

PROS:
CONS: Charge me almost double the quoted price.

this place is awesome... for a full service, i get my tires checked, my windows washed and all of my fluids topped off. everybody is very helpful and very friendly. if some fluids needed to be changed, they go by their computer specs and show you on the computer screen, so you wont feel like you are being tricked by the hood tech on spending more than it is necessary. the discount card is great, once you get 7 oil changes from there, the 8th one will be FREE!!! i bring all my vehicles there and none has ever had a problem. it is one of the best oil change places around town.

These peeps were pretty good yo, they changed my oil for a aiite price and didnt try to hassle me like some of these others clowns down the street.
