The food is delicious, so authentic. They have tamales year round, and menudo only on weekends. Can't beat the prices. As the old saying goes, You get what you pay for. Well you get a whole lot of food, for the price. I can feed my family of four for $28 including drinks. I recommend this to restaurant to everyone. My 82 year old grandma says it taste like her homemade cooking. If grandma can say this, then you better believe its good. FYI_if your in a hurry, you best call in your order. The food is fresh to order, so a little wait is always experienced.

hi people. This place has the best tacos in town! Aside from the variety of foods: tamales, tacos, burritos, they carry a healthy juice bar. Prices are affordable, and healthy portions. Do plan on standing in line for a few minutes. Call in orders are advised. I would definitely stop in, just like every hungry person in town. Sundays are best time, not to busy.

With all of the Mexican-American chains around Fullerton, it was nice to find a small local restaurant that serves good food. Economical and tasty. This will become a regular spot for me. The only drawback to this place is that it is ALWAYS crowded. I've actually walked out a couple of times because I didn't want to wait!!!!

Pros: Excellent food.

Cons: Too crowded and too long of a wait.

El Camino Real is the best Mexican joint around. They have a great selection of food at very reasonable prices. Their food is very authentic, and they offer a lot of things that you wouldn't find at other restaurants. There can sometimes be a long line to order at the counter, but the wait is worth it. Try their Hawaiianas Saturday or Sunday morning, and be sure to bring cash.
