This vet is near where I recently moved so I picked them out of the phone book when my pet got sick. My main complaint is the front desk girls - they were rather unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness every time I dealt with them. When I go to a veterinary clinic I expect friendliness and some sort of caring, they are supposed to, right? So we got off to a bad start from when I made the appointment. When I got there it wasn't much better - barely any eye contact, no smiles, and attitudes like I was imposing on their time. I waited 20 minutes from my appointment time until I was actually seen into a room. Another girl with a crappy attitude came in to take temp, weigh my pet, etc. She also seemed to not want to be there and not really care about animals. It was very off-putting to say the least. Another 10 minute wait and the vet came in. He was very nice and I have no complaints there. I was given options and not pressured to run high priced tests. I never received a follow up call to see if my pet was feeling better - I know not all vets do this but it always is appreciated. I called to request a Rx over the phone without another office visit the because my pet was not all the way better. Once again the girl that answered the phone was rude - she barely wanted to listen to what I was trying to explain. She said she'd give the message to the vet. Hours went by and the day's end neared, so I had to call back.
All in all my pet is fine, but I will not go back. As I said, the actual Dr. I did really like, and two other assistants came in the room to assist and they were as nice as could be, but the first people I had to deal with here need attitude adjustments. I won't return - their loss, definitely not mine.
