It is a small, classic type vietnamese restaurant that serves pretty good Pho. I personally thought that the tripe (cow intestines) that they put in your noodle soup was disgusting, but others seem to like it a lot! So I guess it is all about your own personal tastes. The service is descent there; the servers speak limited english, so it may be a little hard to communicate with them. However, it shouldn't be a major problem and you should be able to order fairly easily.
