It was raining and I was late for a meeting and just my luck, I got a leaky tire, I didnt expect to make my appointment but they got me out quick and they didn't charge me either. I will come back next timie when i have another leak or when I end up needing tires.

I recently went and had my tires replaced. I was glad to see Thomas there. He had helped me with previous purchases, (guess he had left for a year,) It was prompt and efficient. I priced them against other places and they were cheaper than Costco surprisingly. I also visited for a flat tire for my other vehicle soon after and that went smoothly also. I dont like buying tires but when I do, I will go here again.

I brought my car in for tire rotation (free service since I bought the tires there) and the front desk guy suggested to do alignment check and if needed to fix it will be $84.99. They did the alignment without getting my approval. I was told the alignment is off and he showed a printout. I want to get a quick tire rotation and ended up spending $74.99 (after $10 discount). Do not go there, it is bad since the store manager Thomas left.

These guys are crooks and liars. Avoid them like the plague!
I took my car there when it was running rough. They told me a valve cover gasket was leaking and it would cost $600 to fix it (I later found out that was way too high an estimate for fixing a valve cover gasket). When I call to follow up they told me the Intake Manifold was broken in two pieces, now it was going to cost an additional $1000. The car which I drove to their shop was now not driveable.
Suspecting they broke something, I had the car towed (at my expense) to a different shop. The other shop was baffled at how the Intake Manifold could be broken. There is no way I could have driven the car to Wheelworks in the first place if the Intake was busted.
We had the Intake welded back together and reinstalled. It was then that the shop discovered that Wheelworks had reversed all the ignition coils in my car. The reversed ignition coils caused severe backfiring of the engine, and this is what blew the Intake manifold apart. Imagine the amount of pressure it takes to blow a welded set of steel tubes apart!
I called these idiots at Wheelworks and they refused to own up to it. I'm still fighting to get $650 back from them.
Also: ever since I got my car "serviced" at Wheelworks, it's had a persistent oil leak.
These guys really screwed me. I recommend you find a good mechanic that's not a chain shop like these guys.

To fix a tire with a small nail in it: Took about 2 hours (with appointment). Did not want to fix it, even though the tire was under warranty, because, they said, the tire was "marginal" in tread depth. Then, they put it on the rim backwards, so the car was veering to the left, because of uneven wear on the tire.
Then they inflated it with the wrong tire pressure, twice. They spend more time under the hood without my consent or approval, than working on the tire. In the end they suggested that I was not to be believed when I said that the car was not veering when I brought it in.
Their slogan is: all customers get a positive experience. I think NOT.

I have visited this particular location numerous times with positive results. I tend to be careful when dealing with automotive repair but I have always felt well taken care of at Wheel Works. In fact I have had them reinspect a car after I had it elsewhere and Wheel Works persuaded me against performing unnecessary repairs. They saved me money. My friends and family have also had only great experiences. I would recommend them to others seeking honest and friendly service.
PROS: Friendly and honest service.
CONS: None

I'm so mad that Wheel works!!!! I'm planning on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I took my car in to have the breaks checked because they were a little squeaky and to be safe I wanted to have them checked out. My car only has 15,000 miles on it. When they checked it they told me I needed new brake disks and that the break pads were still in great condition. They wanted $300 for it. I was a little weary considering my car doesn't have that many miles on it for the discs to already be damaged; plus I drive pretty conservatively with the brakes. The technician ended up showing me some "calibrated" machine to try to convince me that I needed the work done. I still wasn't convinced and ended up going to my regular VW mechanic. When my mechanic looked at my brakes he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with them; they were perfectly fine. I should have gone to my regular mechanic in the first place. Don't go to Wheel works unless you want to get ripped off.
PROS: none
CONS: They will try to charge you $300 for something that doesn't need to be fixe

I had a very good experience coming to this Wheel Works for new tires and an alignment. Not only was the service good, but the person at the desk was very nice. I was late picking up my car and he even waited after hours for me to show up and pick it up. I would come here again anytime.
