They are rude and yes we can hear you talking about other patients in a negative way while in the waiting room. The doctor was pleasant. Parking is horrible. There was nothing poor or uncomfortable about the service received at this dentistry, and the teeth cleaning received was thorough, however nothing stuck out as exceptional. When I arrived I was informed that x-ray machine was not working and that I would have to wait a half hour until the teeth cleaning lady was available. The staff was apologetic, but I found this frustrating. Once I was able to get my teeth cleaned, I was very pleased with the service I received.
