2 Stars: Got wrinkles? (by K B.)

I took one of my fiance's dress shirts here to get cleaned and pressed for an interview he had. I tend to iron in as many wrinkles as I iron out, so I thought it would be a good idea to get his shirt professionally cleaned and pressed. When I got the shirt back though, it had as many wrinkles in it as if I'd ironed it myself. They charged quite a bit for the job as well. I don't plan on going back.

1 Stars: Didn't get a water spot out of pants. Expensive. (by Lynn S.)

This place uses an environmentally friendly process for dry cleaning that did not clean my machine washable dress pants. I asked to have a water spot from using Dryel taken out and did not want the fabric abraided in a machine. The pants came back with the same spot. So, I went home and hand washed them in my sink. They dried perfectly. No thanks Fashion Cleaners. Communication was NOT clear.

PROS: lack of attention to detail, poor communication
CONS: expensive, dubious value.

4 Stars: Good Cleaners (by Susan R.)

I've been using this cleaner since I moved to Pasadena. They always do a good job getting clothes clean. An added bonus is that you can find coupons on the internet if you do a search. The parking lot is a bit small but you can usually find a space. They give first time visitors a discount.

PROS: Clean Clothes
CONS:

4 Stars: (by Leslie F.)

I use them as my regular dry cleaners. I think they do a pretty good job, and the people there are usually pretty friendly. They get my dry cleaning done rather quickly, which is very convenient. And I never have a hard time finding a parking spot. One time I had some pants come back looking a little weird, but I'm not sure if they made a mistake or if I spilled something on my pants before I took them there.

4 Stars: (by M A.)

The women here never smile but they do a great job of cleaning. Talk to them about Armenian culture and they will warm up to you.
