I've been going to Dr Moon for almost 30 years. He's the best, and his prices are reasonable, I now travel 80 miles to bring my pets to him! He has helped me with rescued and fostered animals for 20 years, and his staff is kind and helpful.First rate!

Dr. Moon is GREAT with animals (and will even warm up to you if you go there long enough!). Staff is wonderful - helpful, sweet, and comforting. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Moon and his staff (especially Karen) have taken care of all four of my feline children over the last 20 years. Every single time I take my children to Dr. Moon they are treated with the greatest respect and love. And Dr. Moon is SOOOO reasonable! Plus he refers to me as "mommy". I like that alot!! He does get really busy, so expect a busy office. BUT.....he still spends appropriate time with his patients and doesn't skimp in his exams. I highly recommend this man and his staff to take care of YOUR furbabies!

I had to get my dog's their rabies shots and proof of neutering in order to get dog licenses. Plus I wanted to get them frontlined for the month. I called my regular vet and was told that it would be $54.00 for the visit+$44.00 for rabies+$35.00 for parvo, etc., $10.00 for something else +$15.00 for the certificate + $20.00 for frontline, = $178.00 total EACH dog = $356.00 for me to get the certificates needed to get a license. I was also told that just getting rabies (all my dogs needed!) was not an option.

Then I did a quick internet search and found Dr. Moon. I took both of my dogs in, was seen within 5 minutes, and got:
Rabies shots, frontline, neuter certs., and exams. Grand total for both dogs = $76.00 TOTAL!

Not to mention the fact that Dr. Moon was so great, I felt like I was rushing him! The staff is top notch, and they didn't even make me apply the frontline!

I would recommend them without any hesitation. These people love animals and really understand that charging tons of money for basic services just leads to people not getting them, and the animals suffer.

More vets should follow this model. There would be a lot more healthy pets out there.

AMAZING!

Dr. Moon is caring, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to both your pet and your wallet!

Karen is one of the friendliest people I've ever met, and I've never asked her an animal-related question to which she didn't know the answer.

Dr. Moon is always my first choice as a vet. I just wish that he was open more than four days a week!

I took my kittens here three weeks ago to be spayed. I chose this place because they didn't have to be kept overnight. It was a bit of a drive from where I live but definitely worth it. $60 per cat plus $5 per cone... VCA wanted to charge $200+ for each cat.

Too far to be my regular vet but I would definitely recommend Dr. Moon.

Dr. Moon and his staff made me and my kitten feel warm and welcomed. I paid less for spay and shots than I have paid for the most basic office visit. I called to check on her and was very pleased that they took the time to update me. I rate this experience the best.

I took my cat Tiger to get neutered and I was very impressed, not only with the price (I did my research and it was by far the lowest), but with the overall treatment by the staff. Dr. Moon has a very amicable and gentle bedside manner and it's evident that he likes his patients :) Oh, and he has a great sense of humor, too. I will definitely be taking all my animals there from now on (even though it's a drive for me, it's worth it!)

I have never been to a place that charged so little for services!! Considering the sky rocketing prices of pet care these days, this place is nothing short of a miracle! It's a very small hole-in-the-wall looking facility. But don't let that put you off. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The cost of an office visit is only $10!!! Yes, you heard right, Ten dollars. Un-be-freakin'-lievable. There is NO where else that can even come close to charging so little. And when emergencies come up that can save serious money. We took our three cats there for their yearly shots. The shots were so cheap it was ridiculous, some costing only $5.00!! Again, FAR below what any other ver would charge. The amazing thing was they said since we were getting shots for them they would waive the office visit fee!!! So right there, $30 saved just like that! Dr. Moon was very kind to our animals and I thought he was very knowledgable. The process was very fast, almost no waiting but they deal in volume (which includes many rescues) so are all about getting you in and out. Which was great for us, usually you have to wait forever at the vet's. The total cost was so cheap we could believe it ourselves (and that was for 3 cats!!) The only complaint that I had was the tech who assisted Dr. Moon was horrible. She was rude and unnecessarily rough with our cats (cats who ar very timid and do not bite or scratch.) She was so rough that Dr. Moon actually reprimanded her and smack her hand away from one of our cats! He told her that all they needed was a kind word and to be gentle. That really impressed me and I will be happy to give him my business when my cats need an office visit or shots. I only wish I had known about him when our kittens needed spaying/neutering - because again it's below the cost of 'regular' vets. Definitely recommened!
