Pho Hoa-Huong Restaurant

They are so fast, and nice. I like the drinks, and the portions are decent for the price. I usually don't get the appetizers at other pho places, but I do here.

I've been here a few times with my friends and they never disappoint. Nothing extremely amazing however, but it's good and the price is reasonable for the size and taste.

Not many people know about this restaurant, so it's time they do. For good, authentic food, aside from traveling the seas to Vietnam, 2 hours to LA, or even 40 minutes to East San Diego, but why when you have this place? The prices are cheap, as they should be, and the food is amazing! The portions aren't skimpy and you get more than your money's worth. It is a small restaurant, but don't let that mislead you.

This pho restaurant is located in Linda Vista, next to the library. It is, in my opinion, one of the dirtier pho places I have been to. But the owner has changed so it is better. The food I think is okay as well. There is a lot of parking and the neighborhood is not one of the richest, but it is family run and owned so you get a family feel.
