i've ordered from these guys several times, i once ran out of propane at night and they saved the day in about an hour

i plan to use them this summer for our baseball teams end of season party

Cons: smaller groups it's a bit pricy good for larger groups

We have been using Ezdineinn's service for a few years now, and I speak for everyone in our office when I say that their service is nothing short of EXCELLENT! Pratap and staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful not to mention professional and prompt. It is also an extremely convenient service, because they cater to numerous restaurants eliminating our having to call different restaurants to place our order. The delivery personnel are also extremely friendly. We have never had a bad experience with Ezdineinn and recommend their service to the highest degree.

I like these guys. I'm a medical rep and I have to take care of lunches all around the bay area. I've used Waiters on Wheels before and their service is horrible, just talking to them is a pain; not to mention having to explain to a room full of hungry people that "the food is on its way." With EZ Dine In I have not had any problems. In fact if I have no idea what to get from a certain restaurant, they help me decide or put an order together for me and just call me to confirm it's ok. Now that's EZ. You know how great it is to be able to call them up and say "I need a lunch for such date from Pasta Pomodoro for 20 people with 3 Vegetarians" and know that it will be taken care of. Their service is excellent and they go all over the East Bay which is perfect for me because that's where most of my lunches take place nowadays.

They take care of everything for me. The food, plasticware, drinks, EVERYTHING. Thanks guys.

This service is great. I've used them a few times during the past 4 and so far no problems. Food was late once but they called me beforehand to let me know. It's great that they have the menus for all the restaurant they service, this makes is so much easier when ordering because I can have my order ready and call it in.

Can't really rate the food because it's different based on the restaurant. I've noticed that they say it will take about an hour but most of the time the food arrives before the hour is up. There are times when they've told me it will take up to an hour and a half, either because they are very busy or the restaurant themselves are busy.

So far so good. Keep it up guys

This business is a joke. The owner is a rude, uncultured, caustic, creepy individual. When I first found this service I was happy to know that it existed. But from the very get go they were always, wrong w/the orders, missing something, very very late, or the dumb delivery drivers could never figure out the intercom, (something a 6 yr old can figure out--that always baffled me.) Pratap is Especially grotesque b/c he began yelling at my front door after I told him he got my order wrong, AGAIN. You cannot run a business like that. He's a psycho. I was willing to put up with the inconsistent orders that came ALWAYS missing something but now, after the rude service, I will never do business with them again and make sure I tell other people about it. G'luck if you order with them.

I have been ordering from them for over 2 years. Lately the experience is getting really bad. Today I placed an order online like I always do. And here I sit nearly an hour later with NO FOOD, NO PHONE CALL AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE OR EMAIL. I have never been more disappointed!!! The last couple orders were late and one had cold food. When I called to complain, the manager said "Did you get your food?" I said "Yes" He Said "Ok then" and hung up. I keep trying them cause I love the options and convenience. But damn....I'm starving right now and now I have to leave work to go buy lunch cause these people are not answering or calling me. This is end of this long relationship. I QUIT YOU EZDINEINN!!! And change your damn name too!!!

This service is great. The first time I found out about it was actually a gift from my boyfriend and I have been using it for about a year now. They have a great variety of restaurants from many different cuisines and it's way better than fast food. The delivery fee is very reasonable, especially when you take into consideration how much gas costs now a days.

They also provide plates & utensils which came in very handy when I had to take care of some catering lunches for my boss.

Overall I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been ordering through them for last 6 months.They deliver food from more than 50 different cuisines.I really like their service. They are never late, food is never cold. First time I saw them was on TV ((fine living channel). Thought why not give them a try, and they turn out to be great.....

I've been ordering from this service for years and it's Great! They have so many restaurants to choose from, ordering is very easy, and deliveries are always on time (today it was twenty minutes early!). I highly recommend this service.

As a busy worker, I have no time to go to restaurants because I am busy with work after work! I never heard of EZDINEINN before, my friend told me that there is a interesting delivery service in the east bay that delivers from well known fine dine cuisines like Pasta Pomodoro, California Pizza Kitchen, Tony Roma's, and more! They basically deliver food from restaurants that don't have any delivery service.
The service of EZDINEINN is amazing, they provide excellent service with the delivery, and once in a while when I run out of my own utensils, they provide me whenever I want them. The only catch to the service is the $6.95 delivery charge which is not that much considering the fact that they deliver from all over the east bay. Also the length of each order is about one hour, not bad compared to just plain boring pizza deliveries.
They have done excellent catering service for my firm for lunch times, once I ordered for about 45 people and they all enjoyed the service and asked for more information about this company.
I highly recommend EZDINEINN for its excellent service, quality food, and great prices.

Well i used these guys the first time yesterday, and boy were they faboulous. I ordered food from one of their mexican cuisines, and in about 40 minutes, they were at my door step, the food was hot, and fresh. I would reccomend everyone choose this service for their next delievery, they certainly will get the job done. I definitely will use their service again.

I have used Ezdineinn for the past 4 years, anywhere from Catering to my clients or myself, and i have faced no problem what so ever. The food has is always delivered hot and fresh and always on time. They have a ton of different restaurants to select over, and the choices are very diverse. I highly reccomend you use this service if you plan on ordering food next time, either food for 30, 40 or even 50 people, they'll get the job done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have had not one, not two, but three horrible experiences with EZDineINN staff. The company I work for use them alot and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This last experience with them was the kicker. I actually had to ask the guy to SHUT UP, because he was critizing me for calling him on the phone to place the order rather than online. They have never been on time with my order and always inappropriate over the phone. I truly feel like this company needs some competition! waitersonwheels, come over to the East Bay!!!!

I used this service for the first time today. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The food I ordered through them from Le Cheval came nice and hot, and the drink I ordered was ice cold. The delivery was on time as promissed.

That's the type of service that you can expect. They are slow and your food will always be cold.
Other than that and the surly operators attitude it would be convenient if only ....
We gave them four or five trys with the same result every time.
