Jory's Flowers

I picked this location, knowing nothing about florists near Clayton, CA, because of the 5 star reviews from this site. Boy was I wrong in that decision. I placed the order on a Thursday morning for my boss, gave them his credit card number and the woman who answered the phone assured me that the flowers would be there between 4-6 that night. They weren't. They were never delivered. I found out from my boss, who had called the recipient to make sure that they were received. Good thing he is nice, or I could have lost my job. I called them back the next morning, and the same woman told me that the system had crashed, and that they had transferred all ordered to their Concord Store. The Concord store, ran the credit card, and when it was declined, because they wrote the number down wrong, no body called me. I had to call them to find out what was going on. They might be great with in store service as the other reviews mentioned, but in terms of delivery orders and customer service, I would never use them again. Can you pick up a telephone and call to let someone know that their order is not going to be processed? No...then get out of the customer service business of floral arrangements.

I had Flowers delivered from here for my birthday and they were absolutely beautiful. They come very fresh, and the flowers are displayed very nicely. It is located in a difficult shopping center to get to. The parking lot is in the back. The good thing is when you get something delivered from them you get a few very useful coupons. This place is affordable priced and are very prompt when delivering items.

They have a great place with a wide array of flowers. They deliver worldwide and they have nice, prompt service. You can choose the perfect floral bouquet to fit your needs as well as your budget. If ordering for a specific holiday (for example, Valentine's Day) call in advance for availability and lower prices.
