What do two techie and one IRS agent have in common? I've give you a hint. It's chewy, soft, crunchy, warm, spicy, and cures a hangover.....give up? They all love Hai Ky noodles. The three of us eat here about once every week or two... sometimes twice a week! I've actually been eating here since I was a kid. Wow, I'm getting old...I don't have enough fingers to count all the years. =P

We usually order the Hai Ky noodle....thin egg noodles and thick rice noodles for me and my friends like the thick thick. I tried it once and didn't like the consistency of the thick noodles. They also have tasty fried fish cakes...fresh made soy milk drink...the duck drumstick noodle soup....you really can't go wrong with anything on their menu. They only serve noodle soups so don't come in and expect to get a rice dish. My friend calls this the ass(can I say this?) burning noodles because the next day you'll hurt during #2. If you want to experience this, look below for the sauce we use while eating.

Sauce Recipe:
For the sauce, try throwing some jalapeno on the sauce dish, then hoison to cover it... and finish it off with a splash of the spicy hot oil. Take one jalapeno for each bite while you devour your noodle soup. Of course throw a bit of white pepper into your noodle soup to enhance the flavor.

Gotta go... I'm heading there right now for lunch!
