In ShortEstablished in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Well the olive garden in downey sucks the waitress are very slow I had to wait in the table about 10minutes before someone came and attendant me and my daughter. And when she came was very rude and did not get my order right and when I told her that the order was wrong she got upset at me can you believe that:

This Olive Garden is not my favorite. We ordered the soup and salad special for lunch, and were charged for the dinner price because the tab was calculated after the lunch hour time frame had elapsed. When being helped by the manager, he walked away before I had finished talking to him. We did get a price adjustment for our soup and salad, however, we were dissuaded to complain about a side of chicken breast my son had ordered for his Ceasar salad. Our waitress was not vey attentive, and she did not appreciate that we asked for extra dressings, more parmesan, and different soups.
PROS: endless soup and salad

Olive Garden has delicious food. Especially there salad and bread is great. Olive Garden has variety of italian food. They just have new stuff on menu such as Salmon fish, Tilapia Fish and also shrimp menu. Its great. Servers there are very friendly and they make sure you get the best service. This resturant is very clean and parking was not a problem. You can go to Stonewood mall and than stop there to eat your lunch or dinner. JUST GREAT!

This is the best place to come for italian food. I have been here many times and I have no complaints so far. Their ranch dressing is really good and the bread sticks are always warm and delicious. The restaurant is nice with a wonderful atmosphere. Parking is always available.

This is a good place to take the family out for a decent tasting Italian meal. It's pretty Americanized but I've found that kid's really like it and it tastes good to me so that works. They have alot of menu options to build your own kind of pasta and the salad's and bread sticks are pretty good too. Prices are about $10 per person or less.

Olive Garden has very good food, with a wide variety of entrees. They also offer a variety of wine and desserts to compliment your meal. The salad is very good and the service is great. There is plenty of parking at this location, but it is recommended to call in reservations if dining here over the weekend.
