They are simply the best my "kids" (as they would call your pet(s)), have ever experienced. Both doctors and their staff are honest, caring and thorough! I agree with a previous review, the costs are comparable but they are worth every penny!

We love this office from the decor to the whole staff, they are caring and kind. We have taken all of our 'kids' here and will as long as they are around. Highly recommend this office!!

About 20 years ago, we picked this pet clinic at random. We feel so blessed to have these doctors to care for our pets. The entire staff is excellent. From the moment you walk into the office, you realize that these people genuinely care about pets.

This is the best vets office I have ever encountered. The staff are SUPER nice and professional. The customer service is exceptional and Dr. Stephens is wonderful. He is really experienced and he has a manner that is calm and reassuring. His office staff know our pets by name and call our home occasionally to check on them. We moved out of the area but still drive about 40 miles round trip to bring our pets there. That's how good they are.

Although I've never written a review before, this veterinarian's office deserves the effort of a superb review. My niece referred me to this office when they stayed late to provide life-giving emergency care to her Rottweiler after two other vet offices turned her away and had referred her to a vet hospital/ER when she phoned. From that positive beginning about 8-10 years ago, they have just gotten better. Both doctors are excellent clinically and the office provides the full range of care from first aid to cancer. Costs for services are comparable to other vets in San Diego County, but the service, clinical expertise and office staff give extraordinary "value added" to any amount paid for vet services. You can TRUST them!
