Secret Agency

by Kevin H.

Given its secret location, the ACI San Marino is very difficult to find. However, that does not mean it does not have a lot to offer. Big things are happening in this small place..Not to mention they have super cool secret passage ways that lead to their restrooms. But the environment is not what i am critiquing. San Marino is the ACI branch which boasts their close bonds with the students. Not only do they concentrate their efforts on the students' school work, but they also have a very approachable staff. Since they monitor the students' carefully and are genuinely devoted to making sure that they are on top of their work, the students feel at home. As a student i felt like i was part of their effort to help each other. Their kindness towards me was reciprocated onto other students by myself.

Getting into my dream school!!

by Yung W. | insider Insider | Rank: 28,605

An amazing SAT prep center!! Definitely worth it!! They know exactly what they are talking about and know the SAT like the back of their hand. They taught me efficient and effective skills for answering every type of question on the SAT. Plus, they are caring!! They helped me with my college applications and got me into my dream school. Just an amazing place!!!

Extra help to Give kids a Leg Up

by amanda s. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,204

This is a very nice school located on Huntington in San Marino. Of all of the branches of ACI, I think this one is nicest. It is smaller so it feels more intimate-- you can really get closer to the kids here.

The office staff are very kind and helpful-- and everyone is bilingual (most of the kids attending here are Chinese).

The after school English classes make up for holes inthe Californis state curriculum, whose teachers are underpaid and largely (and sadly) underqualified. They also have test prep programs for highschool aged kids to help them get a leg up on SATs and the like. Very future-oriented.
