I was hoping that once Macy's came to Santa Clarita, the store would improve. However, I have to say, we have the WORST Macy's in the country! It's run down, the buyers don't know the community, and really lacks in customer service. Very disappointing!

I have never really been a Robinsons May shopper, but for our wedding registry we decided to register there because of there selection. They have an unbeatable selection of china, crystal etc. The staff was so friendly and registering was SOOO easy here. The prices are moderate- expensive, but well worth it.

Hige store with a great makeup/cosmetic center. Huge area for fragrances and a large selection of purse and shoes and thats only the second floor!!!!.

Wait for the clearance after every season to find the best bargains for your $$$.
They have a very good selection in the kids department , durable and trendy clothing for all occasions...but wait for the sales /clearance, otherwise its marked up price is atrocious

Nice store, always clean and always well stocked. They could use a new buyer for the women's section. For some reason the clothes aren't very hip. The men's section on the other hand is very nice with lots of great deals on many items. Don't buy anything unless you have their coupons and look for their specials. Always pretty low prices.

This department store is in the Valencia Town Center Mall. It is pretty reliable in that it carries everything you would expect a department store to have. Store is neat and clean and sales people are friendly. Housewares has lots of good bargains. Childrens clothing seems way overpriced, so wait for the sales. Maybe the buyers for the womens dept could look to get more current trendier clothing. At this store it is a bit matronly. Great make-up counters with knowledgable staff.
