I made an appointment to have numerous repairs to my RV, I arrived on that day and because they were not prepared had to spend 4 nights in a hotel (I live in my RV). When I picked up the RV on a Friday half of the repairs that had been done were not done properly and the installation of my new domed dish was placed improperly. With no instruction by the repair people and no instruction manuel I was told to go on my way. Upon arriving about 300 miles north I found that the "brand new dish" would not work. With further investigation by myself and with the help of Winegard (dish manufacturer) it was found to have been improperly installed. I did put a STOP-PAY on my credit card charge but since no other repair shop would touch my coach (Hansel had caused two leaks in the roof durin their servicing) I was unable to win my challenge to the charge. So now Hansel has been paid for work it did IMPROPERLY. The dish does not work, the awning straps they CUT through have been replaced with inferior straps, the CB they installed does NOT work and the lights they worked on DO NOT work properly. DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called in advance and arranged for a time to bring in my RV. I was told it would take one day to diagnose and order parts, one day for delivery of parts, and one final day for the repair, three days total. Three WEEKS later, after about six hours and sixty phone calls back and forth, inquiring when my RV would be completed, what the ongoing issues were, etc., with the WRONG AC unit installed in my RV, my WORKING FURNACE completely disabled, and OVER charged for labor, I felt compelled to pick up my old AC unit and my RV with disabled furnace, and found another service center to REDO the work correctly. Incidentally, the second RV repair shop did the work for $300 less in labor, three hours total, and in less than one business week. Hansel RV on the other hand, OVER charged my VISA for labor and the parts to install the INCORRECT AC unit and told me that they would not credit my VISA for either labor or parts until I returned to Hansel RV the INCORRECT AC. I rent out my RV and due to the extended period of time past the time promised that Hansel RV had my RV in repair, I was forced to cancel one rental agreement and discount a second rental, due to the disabled furnace. I would NOT recommend Hansel RV Service.
