Novecento is a favorite Italian restaurant of my entire family. The friendly waitstaff is very welcoming and the menu while not very extensive has great dishes.

If you're looking for great Italian food, head to Novecento in downtown Culver City. It is a cozy place with only about 10 tables, but the food and service are both outstanding. Recommended is the fussili pasta with italian sausage, or the linguini with chicken and spinach. It is thusfar pretty unknown, being outshined by the newer, hipper places downtown, but if you are looking for good dinner and wine, go here. If you are looking to be "seen", go somewhere else.

I am a typical LA person. I realized the only time I ever write comments here is when I receive a really bad service and don't utilize this to praise anyone or any business. It's all going to change today! I would like to write here

This place is a hidden treasure. Their pastas are delicious, the meat sauce is wonderful - not to mention the free bread. This is a great place to go for a casual dinner.
