I sent a quote request to 9 Honda dealers, 3 replied back, and DCH had the best price. But by luck, I looked at their website and found a managers special on a 2011 Honda Accord EX-L top of the line. Keith Cambra is my salesman and ask for him. He made the sale easy and comfortable. No high pressure tactics, no tricks. I liked the place and service so much, I came back for a 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L. Keith is great. He takes care of the little details and treats you like you are important. He even drove out to where we live after we forgot a few things at the dealer. Yelp gives these guys a bad score but look at insiderpages.com, citysearch.com, or dealerrater.com and youll see this place is great. I work 2 blocks from a Honda dealer in Torrance but couldnt get the deal, service, or attention that I got from Gardena Honda.

As a former Ford and Toyota owner, this was my first experience with Honda, and it was great! After visiting another Honda dealership and receiving cold service, I came to Gardena Honda and had an easy, very pleasant experience. There was no haggling or pressuring, and once I was ready to lease my vehicle, I gave them a price cap I was looking to spend monthly, and they were very flexible and able to work with me. My salesman was Christopher Roundtree, and he graciously took the time to drive my new car with me and explain and show to me all the little details. I have never received that type of service before. Thanks Christopher and the rest of the DCH Gardena team!

We just purchased a 2010 Honda CRV and had the best experience at Gardena Honda! Our salesman Mark Mills took the time to explain every inch of the car to us. He was very informative and nice to deal with. Our son purchased a 2008 Accord at Gardena Honda two years ago and our niece bought a used car there so we thought we would give them a try and I am really glad we did. I just purchased a Honda Civic LX-S from Gardena Honda and I had a great experience. Not only was the car the best price but they had to do a dealer trade to get the exact color I wanted. Now I have a beautiful Atomic Blue Civic and no more silver Focus! The salesman Steven Schwartz was very helpful and I recommend him highly!!!!!. Eventhough I live in SM the dealership was an easy 15 mile drive and the salesman Steven made everything easy. I give my experience 5 STARS!

I am honored to know such a quality person as Norberto in Parts. He is always friendly and willing to share his specialized knowledge. The main word I can use to describe Norberto is, "consistent." From his competency to his personality and helpfulness... he is consistent EVERY time!!! He is honest and will always try to steer a customer in the proper direction for whatever they may need. Gardena Honda is very fortunate to have such a quality person in their organization. Norberto is a big part of the reason why I have purchased cars there and continue to use them as my main resource when it comes to maintaining my vehicles or purchasing parts. Yes, I could go anywhere else... maybe save a few bucks here or there..., but I CHOOSE to support Gardena Honda and Norberto is the main reason why!

He was knowledgeable, honest and did not create any feelings of pressure. It was as pleasant as purchasing a car can be, I would recommend Mark to anybody in the market for a car.

When i went to buy my daughter a car Fernando Padilla was more than helpful. He had so much patience as we decided what car to get, explained the whole leasing process, as we were unfamiliar with it, and worked out a great deal that i could afford. He showed us the different color options and came up with the different pricing of each car so we could decide which one would work for us.When we got there he immediately came to offer his service and was very nice, offering us coffee and water and a chance to look at all the different cars. Wahid took us for the test drive and explained all the capabilities of the car. How to use each button and explain how the brake system works. He really knows his stuff and we were very impressed. He even brought us water as we waited in the office negotiating deals! Then after we purchased the car he explained each of the manuals and showed us where to find answers to frequently asked questions. He gave us his card and told us to call whenever we had a question and was very patient.

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Honda Civic today from DCH Gardena Honda. We responded to an add in the Los Angeles Times. Our salesperson was Wahid Khairzada. Our experience was excellent. His approach was straight forward and he did not try to sell us a car we did not want or could not afford. We obtained a great price on the car. Wahid took the time to fully orient us to our new car and to walk us around the dealership to see the service area and parts departments. We have bought new cars in the past and this was one very positive experience which included working with their finance manager, Kendrick. Thank you DCH!

At DCH Gardena Honda, they truly treat you like a member of the family. We have been servicing our 2004 Odyssey since we purchased it there. The purchase experience was great (as usual, our 4th Honda there) but the service is what keeps us coming back. They always greet me with a smile and right away. They keep me updated with my service and any needed repairs and more importantly, treat me with respect. It is nice to know there are still places that truly know and value customer service. We higly recommend Gardena Honda Service Department for all your service needs.

This was my first car buying experience and I must say that I have heard many horror stories from others at such-and-such dealerships, but I really had a nice experience at DCH Honda in Gardena. I found my truck the night before on autotrader, contacted one of the internet salesmen (Rick Rojas) who was very pleasant over the phone. I dealt with one of his associates (Mark Mills) who was equally pleasant and a good salesman for a first time buyer like myself. I will be enjoying my Tundra for years to come, thank you to the staff at DCH Honda.

In my 30 years of buying and leasing new cars this was by far the best car buying experience ever. They were not pushy and respected my wishes and gave me a great deal. I passed up many other dealerships and drove 40 miles to buy from them. Other dealerships were willing to price match but the way Ric Rojas dealt with me on the phone made me want to buy only from Gardena Honda. After the sale they continue to contact me to make sure I'm happy. I'll highly reccomend them to anyone.

DCH gave me the best experience I can possibly hope for. Kirk and Christopher tried their hardest to make buying a car as painless as possible which is saying a lot when other dealers would have made it seem like torture. My family has bought 2 other cars from them and took me there when I needed a car. I have to say, I will definitely go back there for another car in the future. Armando in financing was excellent explaining everything to me and my family. If you want a Honda, come to this one.

I recently had my daughters Honda civic at Gardena Honda service department after the car was stolen and recovered, missing a wheel, radio and ignition damaged the car was undrivable and the service adviser Grady was very helpful in getting the car back on the road as fast as possible, with my daughter in collage and working full time and her car as the only transportation I thank Grady and Gardena Honda for getting my little girl back on track.

The worst service ever I didn't buy a car but got my car service at DCH Honda.. NOBODY SHOULD GO HERE I CAN'T BELIVE THERE SERVICE ADVISOR LYING SAYING IT WAS UP TO THE TECH FOR HIM TO DISCOUNT THE PRICE. Go somewhere else.

Came by on a community endeavor involving a local school. Talked with a advertising "clerk" and realized the place had some image problems. She thought she was beyond being spoken to. So be it.

Honda's are great. If your in the South Bay try Scott Robinson's in Torrance and let this place rot away.

I would not recommend anyone going to the Gardena Honda dealership to purchase a car. The salespeople are like vultures waiting outside as they scramble to your vehicle as you drive in their lot. All they care about is getting as much money as they can off of you. They dont even offer you a good price for a vehicle. Go somewhere else.

Good service, quick turnaround on same day maintenance. The salesmen here are not too pushy and they have a wide selection of new and used cars. I bought mine there!

This Honda dealership is really small and have a very limited selection of both new and used cars. I would recommend it if at least they offer a good service but so far I have not seen anything that is above-and-beyond. A few times I've shopped around for my cars, their reps either ignore my party or was really annoying and pushy.

If I have a question any Honda questions Edgar is the person to talk to. They are very knowledgeable and are very friendly at this dealer. We are a body shop and we have been buying parts from them for years. I would recommend it to anyone. Talk to Edgar he is the best. Dan "Dano" Sorenson and his staff at DCH Honda got me into my Honda Civc and out the door in no time at all. I submitted the online application and got a phone call a few minutes later from the finance department. We worked out a great deal over the phone. By the time I got to the dealership, the car was waiting for me and "Dano" was there to greet me.

Eddie Patino drafted everything up went over the specifics on the car and got me into the finance department in a flash. "Kirk" in financing had me laughing and made me comfortable. I signed the documents and was on my way to enjoy the rest of the beautiful day.

The DCH Honda staff members I worked with, "Dan," Eddie, and Kirk were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and addressed my needs. I have already recommended DCH Honda to my family and friends looking to buy a new car.

If you want a great, stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend going to DCH Honda.

I recently bought a Honda Pilot at Dch Gardena, couldn't have been happier with the service, from the General Manager, who actually came out to say hello to me and my 3 kids, to the awesome salesman, Diallo, to the finance department, this place knows how to do customer service! They are kid friendly too, I did the whole deal with my three little kids running around. They make you feel like family, and I got a great deal too.

Gardena Honda completely changed my opinion of your typical car dealership. First let me give a big hand to my salesman Syed Ala who greeted me with a smile and a firm handshake.He completely answered all my questions and made me feel at ease why completing my purchase transaction for my new 2010 Honda Accord V6. The finance manager by the name of Kirk also made me feel at ease while completing the documentation to finalize my purchase. He never not once pressured me to purchase items but rather went over in detail the importance of these items. Sadly I only purchased a few items due to my budget but still felt completely secure in the purchase of my extras. Also the CSR by the name of Michelle gave me a Thank You call promptly the next day to ensure my complete satifaction with my purchase. Many thanks to these employees of Gardena Honda for making my purchase an enjoyable one. 100% completely satisfied.

Being new to the Los Angeles area I was hoping to find a car company that could honestly assist me and help to find the best match with what I needed. After stopping in over 10 car lots I stopped at DCH Gardena Honda. Long story short it was an awful experience. They ended up selling me a car, but then after three days of problems taking the car back. They somehow were not able to account of some of the money they had charged me (totaling over $2000) dollars. When I asked they gave me a blank stare and took the car back. watch out!

Purchased a 09 LX Civic over here. The experience was a complete nightmare. First I was told the car I wanted was available for the price I wanted. When I went there, they then told me it's only available with add on accessories and charged me double the MSRP. Paper work and waiting was at least 3 times longer than my average car buying experience. Lots of useless waiting around. Sales person promised me many functions that at the end didn't deliver. The person who was responsible for the paper work was rude. The haggle me for getting their over price warranty, lojack, car alarm and others. The offered more than double the price where you can find the exact same thing outside, and lied about that you can get those services once you walk out of the dealership. When I rejected his offer nicely, then I can immediately see him turn mad, and becomes really rude, and started to lecture us like we are bunch of bad people. The sales person promised me full tank of gas during the sales, but at the end I only gotten half a tank and refuse to fill it up. During the sales I offer them an AAA check, which the sales person instructed me to write them a personal check instead. He promised they wouldnt deposit my personal check until 5 days later, so I have time to deposit the AAA check. At the end they deposit my check immediately and I was charged for fee by my bank. Terrible terrible service! They lie and lie until they get you to buy the car, which at the end they didnt keep any promise. The Sales persons name was Perry Greene. Id stay away from his lies if I were you. He will promise you many good things, which at the end not giving you any of it.

Rude, typical used car-sales people - especially someone named Robert (manager?) - absolutely NO people skills, simply told me what I could not purchase, and pushed me to buy what he wanted to get rid of for the '08 models. I would never go back, and will tell all my friends and co-workers the same. I actually love the cars Honda makes - I've owned 6! and almost 7 this week. I am extremely disappointed at Gardena Honda's rude attitude. I may not dress like I have a whole lot on money, but I honestly do believe people should still be treated with simple respect. : (
