Supercuts

I like going to this Super Cut because it dosen't feel like a chain store. The girls get to know you after a while and remember you. Most of them know how to listen and give you what you asked for. I usually go to the funny blonde haired one, dont know her name.
The only bad thing is the wait it hit or miss and theres usually only 2 people working at a time.

I like really edgy haircuts. I'm the type that walks in with different colored hair every time I visit: bright pink, midnight blue...you get the picture. I've had good luck with Dawn and I always get compliments on my cut (my color, too ;). I haven't had as good luck with the others so I always request Dawn. She's professional and friendly. While I was standing in line at the Bristol Farms in the same shopping center I recommended her to a lady who asked me who does my hair. The lady went to see her and Dawn told me she was genuinely happy with her cut! And you can't beat the price! But tip Dawn well; she deserves it.

A tip: BRING A PHOTO of what you want! You should do this WHEREVER you go. It really helps.

I managed a SUPERCUTS for 3 long years and to tell you the truth not one person there cares. Most of them are right out of cosmetology school and don't have a clue. If one did they don't care they get paid minimum wage.

They chopped off my sons hair and they didnt even listen how i wanted his haircut. I showed the stupied stylist a picture. My son haircut was horrible. He has been crying ever since. He doesnt want to go to school, he says that he is depressed and he wants a wig. Were taking about a 9 year old. I have never been so upset as a mother. It makes me mad that my son would have to say something like this. Hes a child, for God sakes! I called and spoke to the manager, and she was very rude, and nasty. What happend to customer service? I would never recommend anyone to go to supercuts in costa verde, ever. Dont experience this., I cant amagine if it was myself. Please read review before you go to this Low class place. People here are right when they say the girls are trash.. I dont understand what kind of owner would hire nasty girls like this. Unless she is the same. Concern mother, i thought i tell everyone here.

New in town, and just had a haircut at Supercut's, i wish i had read this site before going there! They chopped my hair off, and they didnt listen to what i wanted.I was so mad, I am a business man and i wanted a nice clean haircut, and they chopped it off. The receptionist '' Jackie'' she asked me if i was a We care hair client, and started to say how they went out of business and that all there employee moved out of the state. I just wanted to get a nice haircut and i really didnt need to know about what happend to the other salon that was there. That was so unprofessional, to talk about another salon, to a new customer! When i left the supercuts i went in versions and was buying a cellphone one of the lady told me about the place, she said that the owner was such a wonderful woman and that she had the place for 14 years and everyone loved going there. She also said it was a good family salon, and all of there clients were taking care of. She also said that they didnt go out of business, the owner's wanted to retire. And she said that the employees work at the salon upstairs and the other ones in carmel valley and fry road. What a shame this salon '' We care hair'' left. I would of love to take my family to this place. They spoke so highly We care hair, and as far as Supercut's goes thats a mistake that i wll never be done again! Greg L.

So , we know that WE CARE HAIR, didnt go out of business, it was sold April 2, 2007 to SUPERSUCK'S... And we all know that the staff didnt go out of the STATE. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE! I WENT TO SUPERSUCK'S THINKING IT WAS WE CARE HAIR, AND WAS IN SHOCK , I COULDNT BELIEVE THAT A CLASSY, PROFESSIONAL, HAIRSALON "WE CARE HAIR WASNT THERE ANYMORE AND THESE TRASHY, TATOOS, PIERCING, DISGUSTING, RUDE GIRL'S WITH NO MANNER WERE WORKING THERE. THEY TOLD ME ALL KIND'S OF LIES THAT IT WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AND ALL THE STYLIST MOVED OUT OF THE STATES!!! LIER'S!!! RUDE!!! NASTY!!! Four of the employees of "We Care Hair" have moved upstairs in UTC to the THIRD floor to work for Salon David Perez (above the US Post Office). This salon caters to LONG 4-hour appointments and so appointments are encouraged but not essential.

The "We Care Hair" employees are often looking for old faithful customers downstairs, sometimes at Starbucks sometimes at Bookstar. The scum who shut down "We Care Hair" ( SuckerCuts ) harass them and have threatened to call the Police when they try to approach their old, faithful customers.

Omg, just the other day i went to get my haircut at We care hair, then they tell me that its now supercuts, what is going on??????? Supercuts sucks... Where is We care hair??? Does anyone know?? We care hair is number 1.. Clean, friendly, and excellent service! My boyfriend and i always go there to get our haircuts. They are all great hairstylist, go and see for yourself. You can even request which stylist you want cutting your hair too!

I just had my hair highlighted, and got a very nice haircut too. Highly recommend We care hair. All of there stylist have been working there for 10 year's. Clean hair salon, great, staff. Meet the owner's and manager's, very nice people. Have any problem's contact, Mrs.Mary, she will take care of you, very nice woman...Manager!

USD, student, We care hair is Rad, my friends and i always go there, all the time... The staff is Cool, i have had all the stylist cut my hair, and they are all great! They even hook me up with coupons and products, where else does, that, when ur a college student and broke, with student loans!?????? I recommend this place................

I cant believe my eyes, on what im reading here! I have been going to We care hair for 11 year's my children, my parent's, grandparent's friend's.... We love it there, the staff, is WONDERFUL, the SERVICE, is EXCELLENT!! It's a Family Salon, they take good care of you, and your family...My children, my family, friends, and i wont go anywhere ELSE, EXCEPT, WE CARE HAIR... Take it from a woman, that has, six children, Dont always believe what you read, i mean it when i say they are the BEST!

I just had my hair now and i am really really mad at em. Firstly, they have no respect for their customers. Secondly, the lady has cut my hair so badly that it has lost its shape and now that i need to go and look for another salon.I dont understand why she was in such a hurry. Well, I can say is my wait time over there was more than the time for hair cut. I will never recommend anybody to go and cut their hair over there. I am really upset. The first thing i came home and did was I checked for their website so I have previlage to write a review about their service. well, I am happy i found this site so I can express my anger. uhhhhh

Their stilists are reasonable good. The place is clean, the stuff is freindly. However, I have had mixed results in terms of haircut over the years. That is why I usually go there if I am in a hurry (they are close by) and do not have time to go to a better place.

I guess first impressions are everything and my first impression of We Care Hair is not very good. The clerk told me that there was a twenty minute wait, I went back twenty minutes later and they told me another ten minutes.

When they actually got to my haircut, the barber was not responsive and gave me one of the worst haircuts ever. I had to get another one after that. Needless to say, I left them no tip. They were lucky that i even paid for my haircut.

I think it was important for the stylist to know my lifestyle to figure out what would fit my look. She gave me a little flair with styling and not just a barber cut. She thinned out where it was needed and made me look and feel better. I would recommend highly.
