Golf Exchange

I called and visited several golf shops in search of an inexpensive but not frivolous birthday gift for an avid golfer. A coulple of places would not help over the phone, one shop was nearly impossible to find (hidden by winding streets that were not easily accessible) and one whose sales staff had absolutely no inclination to be helpful. My frustration finally led me to the middle of downtown Los Angeles in the middle of a business day afternoon--oh what horror, so I thought. Wrong! There is underground validated valet parking, and from what I gathered, a very large selection of epuipment, accessories and clothing. The best part is that the sales associates are very helpful over the phone and in person. When I explained what it was that I wanted, the salesman gave me a look of "What, are you nutz lady!" smiled, disappeared for a moment and returned with several choices and great reasons as to why my golfer friend would like what i chose. I love great service!
