What a terrible experience we had. The driver arrived with a very old town car that looked like he was living in the car. The 405 freeway was at a standstill, but he was too lazy to get off the freeway & take side streets, claiming it would 'take longer'. We insisted & made good time. He took us through a construction bottleneck, that he knew was there, but refused to drive around it, wasting 30 minutes. Then he began to drive 20 m.p.h. in 35 m.p.h zones & it was obvious he was deliberately missing lights, so it would take longer to get to LAX. Our pleas fell on deaf ears.

Eventually he said that he had a pickup at LAX a few hours later & we realized that he was deliberately taking as much time as possible, so he wouldn't have to wait as long for his pick up.

A 45 min. drive, took over 90 min. Repeated calls to the company went unanswered. When we finally reached them, the owner, he screamed at us & hung up.

They actually added a 20% tip to the rate, which we've challenged with our credit card company. TERRIBLE
service.
