Tipton Honda

Here it is....I totalled my car about a month ago, I was bummed that I had to replace a vehicle I bought only 2 years ago. I sent in a price quote request to all the Honda Dealerships in San Diego and some dealerships in Los Angeles. The one dealership that stood out like a shining star was Tipton Honda. From the first contact with Chrissy Guervera to when I was driving away with my new 2008 Honda Civic Si Coupe (bad ass) I was treated with nothing but first class treatment. Chrissy immediately replied to email request (other dealerships took hours, if they responded at all). Once I was in the dealership, there was no back and forth crap, it was seriously the easiest car purchasing experience ever. I would totally recommend Tipton Honda to anyone that was looking for a Honda. Great Job!

Tipton Honda Internet Sales Manager was everything but helpfull. When asked to match a competing offer, he simply got upset and replied with a very different tone of voice. They definitely need to improve their comunication skills if they want to compete in this marketplace.

After my sister was treated badly at 2 local dealerships, she went to Tipton to look at the new civic. Other dealers had tried to run her credit or talk down to her. Miguel at Tipton treated her well, let her take her time to pick and drive the car she chose. When she decided, she called me to come down. The salesperson waited with her until I arrived. The negotiation was hasle free and fair. They presented all of our options, and my sister left with her new civic that afternoon. It was a great experience, and I will trust Tipton with all of my family's Honda buying needs. They really are concerned with family!!

I really wanted to buy a Honda because of their reliability. Finally I checked out TiptonHonda and I found a good deal. The sales people aren't pushy at all and let you look around without preying on you too much. After I got the Honda, there was a slight problem with it. They told me to take it right in and they repaired it for no charge because it was still covered under the warranty. They seem very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. If I ever need another Honda or have any problems with the one I have, I will definitely go back.
