It is my deep pleasure to recommend this company for all your back yard needs. I visited all the hot tub companies between Santa Barbra and Nipomo. I was interested in price and quality. I found them to be much less in price and still have great quality. I felt they were of high moral character and had very good work ethics. My hot tub was made to order and was delivered to me in a timely manner. It is well worth the drive even from Santa Barbra or beyond.

I purchased a spa from this company a month ago. We are completely satisfied with the installation and personal attention we received. We are repeat customers, we bought a spa for our mountain home in 2006 and its still running. We would recommend the spas and service to anyone considering purchasing a spa. It is a superior product and the price is the best.

Worst Customer Service Experience of My Life. Phone Calls not returned. Delivery Date not met. They hadn't even manufactured it! When I asked to cancel, they said they would charge a $1,000 "restocking" fee even though it had not been made yet and was never in stock in the first place. They were flaky and rude. The spa comes with no set up and very little instruction, and no customer support whatsoever. The fine print on the paperwork, which the salesperson will not tell you, is if you don't register your warranty within 10 days then the warranty is null and void. We caught it just in time and sent it registered mail. They will have you over a barrel if you make the mistake of using this company. Once you sign the paperwork, they treat you like the enemy, not like a valued customer at all. We are praying nothing goes wrong with our spa, as we would probably need a lawyer to deal with them. Major buyer's remorse.

Do not do business with this company, you will regret it (I do). I purchased a spa at a home show, spa delivered was different filtration (didn't notice at the time), no owners manual describing controls, no LED light I paid additional for. I've had many, many phone calls and emails into them that they NEVER return. The 3 or 4 times I was able to speak to someone (Melanie/Tammy), they denied having heard of me or my problem. The mfg finally sent me an LED light, Sensation told me I had to install it myself. They emailed a bunch of pdf manuals and told me "one of them should work for my spa". It's almost a month later, and I'm just now able to filter my spa. These people are clueless clowns. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Sensation Spas in Tracy did not deliver as promised. If only I had read the other review before we bought. We paid cash. The order was lost. They wouldn't cancel the sale without a restocking fee (ridiculous amount too) for an item that had not yet even been started!! The delivery was rescheduled 3 times. The filtration system never worked properly. The diverter valve broke early on with no help to replace. The steps given to us were 18 inches (we bought a swim spa - 18 inches didn't begin to get us in) The crane used to place this in the back yard punched a hole in the concrete in the front of our house - no one claims responsibility for it. When the city wants it fixed - it will have to come out of OUR pocket. The electric bill jumped $200 because of poor insulation and an inefficient motor. We reported them to the Better Biz Bureau - the office manager (engaged to the owner) falsified documents and blatently lied to them. Nothing was resolved and nothing ever came of it. A customer service individual came to the house, partially repaired the motor (which burned out) and left screws sticking ot of the side of the box of over 1 inch in length. My daughter cut her ankle on it. They accept no responsibility. Should I also mention that he parked an oil leaking truck in our driveway leaving stains? The nat'l sales mgr will not answer his phone when we call and NEVER returns calls. Last year, after the cty fair, he came out, promised a new filter etc - never came back. The office will no longer speak to us. We now have an unusable $15K POS in our backyard. I think the worst part of this is that when we went to the county fair this year to find them, there sits the sales manager and his reply to us was, 'I figured I'd see you guys'....unacceptable. Funny thing, everything we complained about has now been implemented in their new spas....yet they claim to not have ANY other unsatisfied customers. They lie. They don't deliver. Stay away from Sensation Spas.

I tried buying a spa from Sensation but they couldn't deliver as promised then refused to give me my deposit back because I didnt want to wait. Luckily there are other retailers in the area, not so-called manufacturers, that do deliver, and carry a very nice product!
